This in combination with grand architect could make for an evil deck as they both can cheat myr superion into play not to mention dropping wurmcoil engine for dirt cheap. In fact I think I'll just go pre-order a set right now.
This seems really powerful. For a creature with a huge ETB effect (like Sundering Titan), -1/-1 is nothing while costing 2 less is like everything it needs. Actually, I'd say most creatures costing at least five will benefit from this greatly.

Most of your mid/late plays will have enough P/T to make the size penalty negligible, especially when you reap their additional effects. A armful of creatures that enjoy the rapid play: All five titans. Bloodgift Demon Moldgraf Monstrosity Sturmgeist Solemn Simulacrum (Tasty ramp, one turn earlier!) Bloodlord of Vaasgoth (potential 5/5 evasive for three here, and if you can connect with something the turn afterwards, you can spew out big cheap vamps) Arachnus Spinner (Passes the dismember test even with the size penalty!) Rune-Scarred Demon (Tutor on turn 4 or 5) Vengeful Pharaoh (Mono-black awesomeness) Acidic Slime (Turn three screw your opponent's tempo) Massacre Wurm (Pop goes the weenies by turn 4) Myr Superion (Trots out for free!) Phyrexian Metamorph (Easier to back up your turn 3 play!) Spellskite (Because free is awesome.)
And that's with just ONE on the battlefield.

Multiple copies make things pretty interesting. Yeah, with two of these on the field you could summon a grave titan for , but he'd just be a 4/4 with deathtouch.
Wait, a 4/4 with deathtouch for only ? Even that's pretty awesome.

It's really good. The things you have to remember during deck building and play that hold it back (from being broken, not from being good) is that a) drawing this with a significant board presence can be a bad thing, since it gives -1/-1 to all the stuff you already have out as well, and that b) drawing more than one of these is problematic, not only because of point a but because only a few of your creatures can actually get the full {4} reduction.
EDIT: Also, apparently they have beauty pageants on Innistrad? Who knew? ...actually, I could see the vampires having beauty pageants, what with their massive aristocracy.

The glissa+perilous myr combo only works if your opponent has creatures with toughnes 2 or less, though I'm sure that someone will figure out another set of cards that can go infinite with this. In standard I don't see this being broken, it'll probably see play in black decks with aggressive abilities. Skinrender for 2, Morkrut banshee for 3, sheoldred for 5.

Hmmmm... I wonder if ther'll be a tempered steel variant splashing black for this? Why? Because then you can play Myr Surperion as a 4/5 (or a 6/7 with the Steel) for free!
Iunno, can't help but feel that this is disgustingly overpowered, and will be broken quite soon. Ideas: Lords. Lotsa lords. Currently the best use for this would probably be Zombie tribal, since it's black, has mostly 2/2 creatures, and has two lords: Cemetary Reaper and Adaptive Automaton. The Automaton will be the thing helping this enchantment along for the moment, being a lord for after the enchantment drops. Can't help but get chilly when I think of what the Birthing Pod archetype might be able to do when splashing some black for this. Can't help but laugh hysterically when I drop 2 and play Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite for .
Side note: this is pretty damn good for Commander, especially in a deck that enjoys creatures going to the graveyard...

Anyway, it's cooler than coolness itself. Bringing any of you creatures with thoughness over 1 two turns earlier has a nearly-infinite combo potential. Zombies eat my brains if this doesn't get in some really broken standard deck.
Sadly, it doesn't really match Innistrad's zombies, given that its best zombie support until now comes from tokens (Undead Alchemist, Army of the Damned, M12's Call to the Grave) which don't get anything positive from this.

This card is pretty good ,especailly for zombies or sacing things as they hit the field , but If you were to play an artifact deck or a deck with lots of 1/1s , you would be better off with Semblance Anvil . For 3 and exile any random creature , all your dudes come down normally .If you exile a artifact creature ,you get both creature AND artifacts . This card has the benifits of " 1. being colored 2. costing 1 less 3 . being an enchantment (alot of decks cant remove them too well ..actually ,only green and white can effectively deal with them ) 4. It lets you sac 1/1s as they come to the field (which is good if you are planing to use Morbid all the time ) . I was thinking .....Would they BOTH have some usage ? In the same deck? Using Semblance Anvil to lessen the cost of non creature spells (enchantments or sorceries are a good use ) and this guy for the creatures or is this redundant ?

Hm... This + Gutter Grime + Reassembling Skeleton, anyone?
You cast this and Gutter Grime. Then you cast Reassembling Skeleton for 1 black mana. Then it dies, Gutter Grime gets a counter, and you also get a 1/1 Ooze token, which unfortunately also dies. Then you can return Reassembling Skeleton from your graveyard to the battlefield again, for 1 black mana, and it dies again. Gutter Grime gets another counter, and you get a 2/2 Ooze token, which is 1/1 due to the effect of Heartless Summoning. Then repeat.
So after you have this and Gutter Grime down, you can have 6 6/6 Ooze tokens for 7 black mana. Or 10 10/10s for 11 black mana. Not bad in my opinion.

Mesmeric Fiend and this. For B, you play him and he dies instantly, then you get to choose the order of the enter and leave play effects. Put the enter on the bottom of the stack, then put the leave play on top. The result is that he tries to return a card, but he hasn't taken one yet, so they get nothing. Then he removes a card, and since this is already dead, they can never get it back.

Decks built around this card are pretty much dead with the Return to Ravnica rotation.
