Fact or Fiction on legs is possibly more useful than the original. Sure, it's not instant speed, but this card loves blink decks and reanimator decks. I'd play it even if was slightly weaker than the 5/6 body.

I think this is "common" compared with the other m13 rares. I already have 3, and the set hasn't even been officially released!

Not that I'm complaining :)

I don't know what to think about this, there are probably ways to get this out quick, but I probably wouldn't play it in my decks

When you consider the cost of Fact or Fiction, you're basically getting a 5/6 flyer for 2U. Yeah, I like him.

A large flyer that gives you card advantage. I am a pro so this card is deadly in my hands.

This can see standard play, I'm sure. Though it's 7 mana to play, you can use Heartless Summoning to make it much more effective.

My friend got this into play with Conjurer's Closet once. That had to be dealt with pretty quickly... He was still up 5 choice cards though. That game went badly.

Why yes, I would like a Fact or Fiction with my finisher. Glad you asked.

In a multiplayer game, how is it decided which opponent does the separating? The card says "an opponent" not "target opponent." I mean, I understand that r&d needed to get around Witchbane Orb and other forms of hexproof players, but even the proliferate mechanic specifies that the caster "chooses" and doesn't "target."

At any rate, this guy is great fun with Seance. I have him in my all "enters the battlefield" effect deck. Sure, I'll put my Sunblast Angel into my graveyard and wait patiently for your all-out attack.

you may think it's a win-more but i see it as a win and lock

@ NickDay: The Sphinx's controller chooses an opponent, even though the card doesn't clearly say that.

I agree that this card is great with Séance, especially when you reveal another one.

It does two great things in one card for control : it gives card advantages (Fact or Fiction FTW) and it is a strong finisher.

"I'll take the pile with Ghostly Flicker, Thanks.
Now I'll take the pile with Cyclonic Rift. Thanks.
Now I'll bounce all your stuff. Thanks."

In UB decks you could reanimate this guy to get him out on the cheap. Would like to play this and the upcoming M14 card Jace's Mindseeker together. Likes to be Voidwalked.

Been useful. Even though my opponents keep seperating the Good cards from even Better cards.
