People don't notice this but this, Yavimaya elder and bra ss secretary (god I hate the censorship) all have the same ability. They can "cycle" after you play them. This was the set that cycling was introduced.

The first set was Urza's Saga, where there was a lot of cards with actually cycling ability. The cards that you wrote are (with many others) the cycling-from-play evolution of cycling.
