This combo's very well for all "lord" creatures, but also works very well on your opponents wurmcoil engines and Titans since it will only effect your creatures and not theirs.

This can also be a decent legendary killer if you are playing control and only have one creature out.

This thing is begging to be broken. Put this on an Inferno Titan in a casual game for much fun. For you, anyway.

The fact that this card keeps all your creatures in the battlefield as copies even after it leaves play makes it amazing even if its destroyed that turn. However, put it on an opponents big creature and if they dont have enchantment removal they will have to down their own creature to drop it.

Potentially a two-for-one card, amazing in EDH.

The recent From the Lab suggested donating a Sages of the Anima and this, causing your opponent to draw nothing but creatures, which would turn into Sages. If you try this, do not forget Runed Halo.

Other creatures become a copy of the enchanted creature WITHOUT summoning sickness, which means they could attack and activate tap abilities right on the spot.

I hadn't thought of the lord thing, scurbypirate, that's pretty good. And the Sages of the Anima idea sounds convoluted and awesome. Hmm..
This card is comboable, yes, but a bit pricey at 6 mana.
RAV0004

It turns all of your creatures into the best creature in play, regardless of original owner. Costing any less than 6 would have made it broken.

It is also a great card to be paired with immerwolf. You just need a handful of tokens to make all wolfs and werewolfs near invinceable.

I would love to see this used with Sun Titan and a graveyard filled with cheap creatures. If I'm correct, it would work similarly to the Sun Titan + Phantasmal Image combo, but you could basically use *any* 0-2 mana creature rather than just images. Seems like Infinite Reflections would be interesting to use in Birthing Pod, especially as it Birthing Pod could easily have a number of creatures in your graveyard. Of course, simply podding into Sun Titan and enchanting it would cause all of your 1-drop mana guys to become Titans more or less permanently, so you probably wouldn't need to use the combo.

A fun idea, though not all that practical as there are likely better targets for this, would be to put it on an animated Inkmoth Nexus. While the enchantment would "fall off" when the nexus reverted back, your other creatures would remain the animated version of the Nexus if I'm not mistaken, causing you to have a small swarm of flying infect artifact creatures. Probably not super practical by the time you have the 7 mana required to pull that off, but it could be nasty shock for your opponent if they were expecting to only need to block/deal with the original nexus.

My friend tried playing this card on me during a Two-Headed Giant match with my Griselbrand, hoping to have four 7/7 flyers at his disposal. It was too late before he realized that his entire playing field was subject to the legendary rule, successfully clearing his side of the field. Needless to say, it was an interesting match.

Use Koth to animate one of your mountains, then cast this to turn all of your other creatures into mountains!! Wonder it they revert to "lands" at end of turn or if that effect isn't copied... hum....

On another note, there's got to be creatures with soulbond that would be insane in multiples. Like Wolfir Silverheart, for instance. Also, it costs 6, so any 5-mana creature is good. Acidic Slime? You got it. Vorapede? Yep.

The fact that it impacts the board when successfully cast means it's got better chances of being fringe playable in Standard...

@ coversation:

If you cast this on Captain of the Watchand then had another creature enter the battlefield it would result in a chain reaction that you would not be able to stop. You would not be able to move out of the current phase and the game would be a draw unless someone could stop it at instant speed.

aura graft it to emrakul and use mirror gallery... or don't use mirror gallery and allow for hilarity.

anyway,
i don't see why this card has such a low rating! you basically turn all your weak little blue crap into some friggen monster that either you or your opponent controls. this can really change the course of the game if someone drops some ridiculous avatar and all you have out are 3 storm crows (not to say that storm crow wouldn't be able to f**k that sh*t up, cause he so would). If nothing else, it becomes a great way to kill a legendary creature. Better yet, with that, watch your opponent weep when you make five copies of his/her kokusho.

(this'll teach anyone to stop dropping baneslayer angel.)
kiseki
☆☆☆☆☆ (0.0/5.0)
Play it on something bad, and then donate the aura to an opponent.
Hmm, perhaps Fruitcake Elemental? (Which is an employee promo, google it)
Or Nameless Race or Wood Elemental? But you would only use those to say you beat someone with your Wood Elemental deck.
Easier is Ivy Elemental, which still brings in your opponent's creatures as 0/0 but has the benefit of not being terrible. If you did something like Protean Hydra, you might be disappointed if they managed a toughness boosting effect.

Quick! Cast it on Essence of the Wild!

EDIT:
@The_Somnambulist
Actually, your creatures would copy it, and destroy all yours and their one legendary creature... I think 6 for a Day of Judgement on only your creatures (and one of their legendaries) is a LITTLE too much, don't you?

@Cyberium
Unfortunately, that would only happen if the enchanted creature had haste. Summoning Sickness is a characteristic of all (non-hasted) creatures, not an ability of any kind.

@Cenebi
Only part of that is right. Yes, the enchantment would die at the end of the turn, so only creatures that entered that turn would be nexuses (nexi?). It would be fun, but you'd need 6 for the reflection, 1 to activate the nexus, and THEN mana for creatures to cast to enter as nexuses.

EDIT: seems I need to rtfc through better too XD

@Bogmire
Wait What?!? Not only is Mindslaver an artifact, its also legendary...

I have to say that this in my creature token deck has insane possibilities. Mycoloth + this + Cathars' Crusade = Crazy antics. Play some low mana healers til you get your mana, pop creature and enchants, maybe a Parallel Lives for added fun. Then play cheap creatures that come out as Mycoloth and watch the saprolings and +1/+1 counters fly.

So, let's say I have five creatures on the battlefield, and Sek'Kuar, Deathkeeper. And I play this on sekkuar. Then I got six sekkuars. They die, and I get... 6*5... thirty 3/1 tokens, which equals 90 damage, with haste.
Also fun with kokusho, the evening star.

Don't forget that this enchantment only affects nontoken creatures which prevents infinity combo mentioned in the discussion.

Sek'Kuar reads whenever another nontoken creature dies. So technically you'd only get 25, but technically they'd still probably be dead. And yes, I suspect Kokusho would lead to a lot of fun (for you).

The high mana cost makes it difficult to play, but, if properly abused, makes for some tasty shenanigans. For example, drop this on Soul of the Harvest, deck yourself out and look like an idiot. Or if thats not a ridiculous enough idea, now you can build a Relentless Rats deck without accumulating many many actual relentless rats cards. Doesn't seem realistic in standard though, you'd be susceptable to Sever the Bloodline and Detention sphere unless you put it on something hexproof.

I cast this on ixidron then cast another creature, what happens?
adrian.malacoda
★★★★★ (5.0/5.0) (3 votes)
@evenblackerlotus: When you cast Infinite Reflection on Ixidron, all other nontoken creatures you control become copies of Ixidron. If they're already face down due to Ixidron's effect, they continue to be face down 2/2 creatures as per CR 706.3. Ixidron itself does not have morph, so you cannot normally turn these creatures face up. When you cast another creature, it becomes a copy of Ixidron and all other creatures (including the original Ixidron) are turned face down.

@Averyck According to the Innistrad FAQ, copy effects only care about the current face of the card.

711.3. Except for determining whether or not a permanent can transform, a spell, ability, or rule that needs information about a double-faced permanent sees only the information given by the face that's currently up.

So everything played while the Mayor was the Howlpack would become Howlpack Alphas that couldn't transform. Because of the wording of Infinite Reflections, everything else that was in play when this aura came into play would remain Mayors.

@ Silentshivers:
You appear to have missed the 'non-token creatures' part of the text.

Y'know....I saw this card and didn't think much of it, probably because of its high cost.

But now that I actually read it...this could turn all your weak creatures into something seriously dangerous. "Nice 12/12 ooze you played; mind if I turn my creatures into an army of them?"

Might not be practical, but the shenanigans get at least a 4/5 in my book.

I was playing a round of EDH last night, and this was responsible for one player causing himself to lose. His deck strategy involved running Primal Surge and Laboratory Maniac, with no other non-permanent cards in his deck whatsoever. Unfortunately, he flipped this before getting to his maniac, and it ended up enchanting something different. He thought it wasn't a big deal, believing that just sacrificing the enchanted creature before the end of his turn would cause all the copied creatures to return to normal. Then I referred him to the rulings. Copied creatures remain copied. So his maniac never returned and he just milled himself.

Please copy creatures responsibly.

Update: I played this very successfully in my Vela the Night Clad EDH deck. Cast on Vela, and all of your creatures will become Vela. Legendary rule makes them all die and each of their 'leaves the battlefield' abilities trigger making each opponent lose N^2 life where N is the number of non-token creatures you controlled. You only need 7 creatures out to do the 49 life needed to end an EDH game. Any time I resolved this on her it was an instant game over.

This is a funny card and I like funny cards. Combos with any time two is better than one. Here, have some stupid combos. Useless, but they should make you think.

March of the Machines + Mindslaver (or any other powerful artifact) : expendable mindslavers.

Experiment Kraj + Enchanted Evening + Opalescence + Planeswalkers : All your creatures are now custom planeswalkers.

I have been trying to work out a way to make everything a copy of Norin the Wary, but I think it is sadly impossible.
