Since you have quite a big problem when this card gets destroyed, and because it's an essetial card of your deck when you consider using it, this is making it a quite risky choice, therefore a mana cost of , maybe even would have done as well in my opinion.

This in a deck with 4 Tolsimir Wolfblood's will give you a TON of huge Voja tokens!
With 1 Tolsimir you will make your Voja tokens 4/4s, 2 will make them 6/6s, 3 gets you 8/8s, and all 4 will get you 10/10s! Just think: 4 new 10/10s per round!
It will get even more nutty with a few Doubling Season's in play.
To prevent your deck from getting neutered by a single shatter or naturalize, you will need Privileged Position and a few copies of Indestructibility.

For added fun, run with Wild Pair. Kamigawa's 'Star' Dragons would be a good match for this combo, if your opponent destroys the Mirror Gallery, they trigger the 'enter graveyard' effects of all of them. Hell, you could destroy the Gallery yourself to trigger their effects.
It becomes especially easy since your 1st grand arbiter makes all the other guys just WU to cast....making gameplay really easy since your opponents need to pay alot to remove the gallery and you can just use your reduced cost counterspells to well control their movements

@MasterOfEtherium:
The legendary rule was made to prevent you from putting in tons of really good creatures. Imagine 2 Emrakuls in play. It just isn't fair. Magic was not intended (unfortunately) to be a 4-5 turn game. The legend rule is just one way to make the game more fair and slow it down. It's like the "four card" rule. You can't have, say, 15 black lotuses in one deck. If no one in your group plays with the legend rule, you are barely even playing magic. It's just like saying, "Hey Guys Hand Size Stupid Lets All Draw 45 Cards LOL Rawr".
You can't just keep changing the rules, buddy. Find cards that change them for you.

Am I the only one that hates the wording on this card? I think it should say what it does rather than refer to a rule. (So: "Multiple legendary permanents with the same name may be on the battlefield at the same time", or something like that.)
Even though everyone that knows about the legend rule (that is, everyone who isn't very new to the game) will get what it does, I still think it should be written out on the card (or rather, in the oracle text) instead of referring to the rulebook.
It's kind of like if Laboratory Maniac would say "Rule 104.3c causes you to win the game instead of losing it." (If you don't have a rulebook nearby: Rule 104.3c is the rule that makes you lose when you need to draw from an empty library.)

Useless in EDH. 0/5.
I'm kidding, of course. 4/5 for exciting my inner Johnny, but costing too much. would have been fine, even , but 5..?
As awesome as this card is, it really feels boarder line unusable as a 5 drop. Yeah, it enables some cool combos and all, but you're paying 5 mana for a card that doesn't do anything on it's own. Also, even if one managed to use this correctly, it would suck pretty hard to have this removed at just the wrong time.
That being said, I'm sure if you build around it, it can be devastating, and I can think of many legends whom become absolutely ridiculous with multiples ( Rofellos, Llanowar Emissary, any of the Praetors, ect). Still though, it's very difficult to use this card effectively. So much so that I've never really seen it used. Would it have been so bad to lower the cost to or so?
I like the idea of dropping this, then Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite, then kick Rite of Replication. You now have 6 14/17 Norns and your opponent's cards all have -12/-12. There is something satisfying about Ulamog keeling over dead as soon as he enters the battlefield.

I feel like this would be best used in a deck that abuses captain sisay and a bunch of legends and/or clone cards. Otherwise, I don't know that I'd waste space in a deck just so I could have 4 copies of Griselbrand further clogging up the mana curve. Infinite Reflection would definitely make this more playable.

@Sir-IvKend: The Dracogeniusand the Firemind don't combo infinitely with each other, if that's what you're thinking. Dracogenius only triggers from the damage he deals, so you won't be drawing more cards from the damage that the Firemind deals. They also don't destroy each other with the legendary rule, since they're creatures with different names.

@Continue M14 didn't change anything about this card. It still does exactly what it did before. Allows you to have multiple copies of the same legendary out at the same time. The fact that an opponent can have one now changes nothing; the point of this card was to have multiple copies on YOUR side of the field, so people's imaginations can run wild.
