Probably one of the best demigods out there. 5 for a 5/5 beatstick that is virtually untouchable is downright scary and can ruin many decks fairly quickly. I just wish it looked a bit cooler.. I'm having some trouble trying to figure out what it actually "is". Beware of the giant glowing turtle-horse-bird-man-cyclops.

is there a way to not win with this card in block?

Yeah, I definitely agree with the fact that this card has the worst art compared to the other gods. However, it's probably in the top two or three for it's effect. I am normally more of a fan of cards that work well throughout rather than ones that are just good against specific decks. Using this card I would say about 40% of the time this can completely ruin your opponent, 30% of the time it will hurt, but it won't be unstoppable, and 30% of the time it's essentially just a plain old 5/5.

Well it might as well just be a freaking 5/5 Progenitus, as it basically has protection from everything.
Well not really, but, other than white removal (which can actually be stopped by you, if you're playing white yourself) this card is hellishly annoying. Not as incredibly overpowered as Demigod of Revenge, but twice as annoying.
Also, I love the art on this more than any other Spirit Avatar (except Divinity of Pride.. which is special).

HAHA!! What IF you just give it redbull, and give it wings? Why not even give it Superman's powers (WITHOUT the Kryptonite weakness) and make it indestructible, too???...*slide in Shield of the Oversoul* *giggles*

A 5/5 for 5 is decent, but remember it can be Pacifism by another white player. Definitely a good solid card.

This card runs rough shot over black decks, enchanted with its own shield of the oversoul makes it 7/7 indestructible and flying with protection from 3 colors. The chances of it getting removed at that point are almost nill, and the game is in the bag. Equipped with a sword of kaldra might be pretty darn scary too. Pretty much a weaker, but much more playable version of progenitus, and one of the best spirit avatars.

Can't be bounced, countered (I think), burnt out, or killed by black spells. The only kill spells this monster has to fear are from white, surprisingly. Besides being untargetable by these three colors, it also can't be blocked by them, and blocks them with ease. The mana is flexible, and while it can't easily be splashed, it has a good home in green and white decks. This is a serious threat against many decks, and against white or green decks, 5/5 for 5 is still a decent deal. Remember, it isn't even legendary!

Hehe. Oversoul of Dusk is basically half of a Progenitus, but is actually able to be hardcasted.

With creature removal so prevalent nowadays this can be quite useful. No lightning bolt, doom blade, terminate, maelstrom pulse, etc is working on this bad boy (or girl, or whatever this thing is), making Path to Exile the main card to be afraid of.
I got <3 for thah Spirit Avatar cycle! All such fun cards!

The perfect creature. Can't be burned, terror'ed, exiled, bounced, and doesn't die to Wrath effects. To ensure absolute irremovability, slap an Indestructibility on the Cloak with two Greater Auramancy each enchanted with an Indestructibility (just attach them with an Aura Graft). Total and complete immunity to removal.

EDIT:
@ICEFANG: Simple, just up your magnificent combo with Tajuru Preserver. And mass-removing enchantments won't kill this, merely delay its rise to glory. Just use Leyline of Anticipation to flash in an Open the Vaults in response to the removal spell that follows their enchantment wipe. How's that for invincible?

No, Final Judgment. Until a card comes out that says "can't be exiled" there won't be a "perfect" card.
Anyway, I'm trying to decide between this and Baneslayer Angel for my deck. This is going to cost me $113 less for a playset, so I think I'll go with this.

Homage to Sabertooth Nishoba I suppose, losing trample but gaining protection to the colour with the most kill creature cards, Black.
Comparing this, the Nishoba and Kavu Titan I have no idea which is the best to put in my casual white/green creature deck hmm...

Roughly 3/5ths of decks will see this hit the field as a 5\5 indestructible unblockable creature with hexproof. Not bad for a 5-drop containing the color of mana ramp.

My only qualm with this card is it's vulnerability to white removal. Yes, it can't be Doom Bladed, burned, or bounced. And yes "dies to removal" is a sh!tty argument. But on a card whose whole purpose is to be virtually untouchable, it can be O-ringed way too easily. Then it's own Aura doesn't do much but stop combat damage from hurting it, it doesn't stop exile.
Again, I hate to be 'that guy' but the whole -pseudo shroud/unblockability- thing is suppose to be the selling point much like Demigod's is revival.
I will say it wasn't bad for limited. Since there were so many hybrid cards, chances were good if an opponent played a or spell, the other side of it was of the three colors this is protected from.

She falls to Mercy Killing. Which, depending on the situation and who's doing the killing, can be either a bad thing or a good thing.
That thought aside, she's cool. I have a fondness for the Spirit Avatars, but this one and Dominus of Fealty are definitely my favorites.

@Eved: "Whenever CARDNAME leaves play, put a token into play that is a copy of it."

I had this card in the pre-release for it's block. I was wrecking face... until Godhead of awe was plopped down. My opponent looked at me and just appologized. I was one swing away. I couldn't do anything but say... "hey, thems the break" and took my beating like a man. I think it was the only card that could have stopped me at that event. Still 5/5.

For those interested in the Eventide/Shadowmoor Deity (Spirit Avatar) Cycles:
Excellent card, but ironically she seems to have one of the most self-centered abilities of the demigods.
Godhead of Awe affects everything else, Divinity of Pride has lifelink and cares about your life total, Nobilis of War powers up all of your attackers, Ghastlord of Fugue affects your opponent's hand, Dominus of Fealty takes your opponent's stuff, Deus of Calamity destroys lands, Overbeing of Myth is very strongly tied to your hand, Demigod of Revenge wants to be run in multiples...
Deity of Scars is perhaps her only competition, with his regeneration ability. The Deity and the Oversoul have abilities that are about themselves. Green and white are the most communal of the colors, but she tries her hardest to have as little to do with others as possible.
