I actually giggled like a schoolgirl when I saw this. I mean, my Vorel EDH will love this, I love UG, it's great. Yes, it's in bolt range, but bolt's not in standard, and it'd be crazy if it wasn't.

Yeva is an amazing card as has been proven in multiple EDH decks, this card may be more expensive and require a second color but it gives all creatures flash, which is amazing on multi-colored decks and the first ability is extremely EDH decks use Murkfiend liege just for that one purpose. My all creature The Mimeoplasm dredge EDH will love this it has multiple creatues and lands with tap abilities and now is more unpredictable.

Similiar to BTE in that in practically replaces its self, but this of course is 3 mana more so it'll require some acceleration. It'll be interesting to see what creatures with ETB effects will become insane at instant speed.

This card is amazing, I'm really wondering if this enables simic standard builds on tournament level. Its 3 toughness gives it resilience to a lot of burn, and if your opponent is tapped out you can flash in another creature on their turn in response to a removal spell. also with all the love green is getting and the solid simic cards that are around in standard I could really see this happening. I really WANT to see this happening to be honest. Let the deck building commence!
For Simic colors at least, but still! Although, the multi-armed art and veil looks more Hindu than Greek, gotta say.

Jokes aside, it's a definite score in terms of design. I mean both the untapping and flash make perfectly sense in green and blue, not to mention that the cost for such effect is fair.

Allowing this to untap all permanents would just be absurd. Many artifacts don't benefit from untapping on your opponents turn, but when they do benefit, it gets crazy. Lux Cannon = Destroy a permanent at least twice as fast. Phyrexian Processor = How many 10/10's do you want? Oh my, that's a lot of them... Time Vault = I hate your face and every detail and feature of it. Stop existing.
So I'm happy this isn't 'strictly' better than Seedborn Muse. Even if Kruphix could untap artifacts, it still is , which means you can't put her in any non- EDH deck.

This captures the essence of - provides mana, provides flash, and together this tidy, flexible package gives you a choice of summoning creatures, casting counterspells, activating abilities... The elegant art is the icing on the cake, and the Simic-waveness, intentional or not, is perfect.
Probably not good enough for Constructed, but this beauty will be going in every Simic deck.

Important fun fact: Because you announce spells you cast before you choose alternate costs (like Bestow), you can actually cast bestow cards as non-creature auras with flash using Prophet. It's unintuitive, but it works!
As for the card itself, I love it! It's a tad too vulnerable in Standard, but I'll be putting it into every possible EDH and Limited deck.

When this card was spoiled, I knew that I must have this card in all of my GU EDH decks. The potential for explosive plays are limitless.
Seedborne Muse is a strong card, but one of the problems is that you have problems using the free untap without building around it a little, be it having more instants, or having flash enablers like Teferi.
This card is half a Seedborne Muse, half Teferi, but the halves work perfectly together. Have some card draw and this lets you flood the board.

You never have to tap out again! Five mana for anything in burn range is hard to play, but if you save a couple of counters, play it when they are tapped you, you can defend it on their turn.
This thing is goddamned amazing. Expect any green OR blue deck that can cheat creatures out to play at least 3 copies.

Couldn't ask for any more from the singleton Simic rare in Theros, since we likely won't see another until the third set of the block.
I love how this card can be used in a variety of ways, whether it be in a mid/control deck where it allows you to play your threats while staying untapped for counters and kill spells, or in a creature-heavy deck where it allows for a ridiculously fast board presence and lets you do nasty things like flashing in Kalonian Hydra during their end step.
I am currently running a Simic ramp deck that combines the ramp elements from the Devotion to Green decks with the draw power of Garruk, Caller of Beasts and Prime Speaker Zegana, and the Prophet really ties it all together in a way that is nothing short of insane.

@tomato101: Congratulations, you got eight rares and a mythic in nine packs. Oh wait, that's normal. Pyxis of Pandemonium, Abhorrent Overlord, and Akroan Horse are completely unplayable outside of EDH and gimmicks, while Bident of Thassa and Daxos of Meletis are dollar-bin rares (with Prophet here being worth just slightly more). You did make your money back on the other three, but that's not saying much.

Oh, and I pulled an Ashiok, Nightmare Weaver and two Polukranos, World Eater out of the same Theros fat pack. Three mythics out of nine packs is extraordinary. I pulled my first Prophet out of a single booster, and have two more in the mail. This has won me more games than Ashiok or Polukranos.
With some protection by Asceticism this breaks my Simic-Golgari (Simigari?) deck ramped with Overgrown Battlements and Druid's Repository. I'm casting Prime Speaker Zegana on other people's turns and not having to discard until the end of my next actual turn. It fires out Plasm Captures often and managed to turn a Colossus of Akros monstruous and putting a game away last night.

Once, in a wonderful, wonderful game of EDH, with Vorel of the Hull Clade as my commander, I had a Ring of Kalonia on Vorel himself. Then I played this and doubled his counters on every turn. Within about 7 turns, he had somewhere around 12,000 counters. And then I realized the Ring gives him trample. I'm not sure anyone understands how tempted I was to forfeit via playing Take on him. "I'll just go ahead and draw 12,000 cards now."
All jokes and stories aside though, this is my favorite card in the whole set, and I am genuinely disappointed in the general Magic community for not making this THE card to be playing, especially when the top 25 Magic players in the world say either blue or green is the color of 2013. Seriously, this is the highest rated card in Standard on Gatherer and it's not seeing any play? It can't have that good of a rating entirely for EDH.

This with Azami, Lady of Scrolls is just absurd. I had 5 people around me conceding an EDH match on turn 5 with Prophet in play, followed by an azami in the next player's turn followed by some other goodie wizards, like Beguiler of Wills and Patron Wizard (had a wizard theme deck). I mean it doesn't take much, drawing 4+ cards in every ones turn, playing even more wizards and drawing counterspells ontop of that.

This card is just broken as ***, at least in EDH. In the right deck, it's pretty much instant win in 90% of games, if you have this on the field. I mean, Seedborn Muse is already extremely good, but this is just rediculous. I really hope this gets banned asap in EDH. But I guess the list of broken cards is already too long for this anyway... However, cards like these just totally ruin the game, for me.
In EDH, it's either just playing totally weird and boring games with stax and all kinds of annoying shit, or just games where you lose on turn 5 due to broken garbage cards like this here, without even having any chance to do something, let alone to win. Wizards really should start to pay some attention to this format, because to me it seems, as if they don't even know that it even exists.

I freakin' love this card. It's a great reason to play Bant, BUG, or maybe even RUG in Standard right now. I can't believe I almost went undefeated with my BUG Control list in Standard last week. I mean, BUG? Who would have thought? I played some top rated local people too. It is a seriously legit build. You have to be careful tapping out to play this gal if your opponent has mana up. They could easily zap her on your end step, at which point you can forget about casting counter magic next turn. This card is all about doing whatever you please during your turn and then having all the mana in the world for counter spells on your opponent's turn. Also, it makes it much safer to flash in AEtherling with only 6 mana on your opponent's end step because you don't have to worry about sorcery speed removal.
