This guy is flipping adorable ( imagine he does flips).
He'll probably be limited and casual, but who knows... juggling equipment at instant speed is pretty strong (and also flipping cool)

Not only does he look absolutely cuddly, but he could be fairly deadly with equipment that have triggers upon dealing damage. Jitte, Sword of X and Y, Worldslayer

Repeatable? For free? At instant speed? Do want. It doesn't make Kor Outfitter completely obsolete because of tempo considerations, but at first glance it definitely seems to come close.
(Also, I agree with all the comments that this guy is cute as heck.)

It will be interesting to see what people do with little Sancho here. He makes several horrible equipment cards at least playable in casual games. Like Heartseeker.
Now who can I find to represent Don Quixote de la Mancha?...
edit: Pay the equip cost to put an accorder's shield on him the turn after he comes out. Then after he attacks, tap him to equip that ogre's cleaver you cast earlier. Suddenly Sancho's a 6/6 swinging on turn 4.

Enabled me to play and equip Argentum Armor in the same turn several times at the pre-release and shifting things like protection from X and first strike around at instant speed are great in limited and potentially have applications in constructed.
He has to compete with the Kor Outfitter, but repeatability and fast effects possibly make him worth the extra cost and further delay from it being an activated rather than triggered effect plus vulnerability from being an artifact...maybe, in the right deck...
Too bad he isn't a knight.

going into ftv: squire. So far in the list: Squire Storm crow (flying squire) Brass squire Holy Strength Omega Myr Vodalian Soldiers Chimney Imp Cinder Crawler (it's effectively vanilla) Dripping-tounge Zubera Icatian Lieutenant (buffs squire!!!!!!) Any more?
I would buy a plush of this thing. It's so huggable and adorable.

SO GOOD. I, too got this guy and Argentum Armor at the prerelease. I also got Piston Sledge, which is kinda painful to equip without the squire. Moving equipment around for free at instant speed is great.

The pre-release are mostly won with equipments, and this dude works well with the Piston Sledge Hammer.

lol, I got this and Argentum Armor in the release day sealed event. Using the armor on the turn you play it instead of having to wait a turn can give a huge advantage. Also, you can move the armor (or any other equipment) to an unblocked attacker with infect just before damage is dealt.
Much better than Kor Outfitter. Instant speed, plus you don't need something like Kor Skyfisher to re-use it. And on top of that, it's colorless.

I *will* be untapping all of my lands thanks to my sword of feast and famine, no mater what attacking creatures you elect to block.
@CrazyLou: that doesn't work. Once the defending player has determined what creatures will block and how they will do so, the attacking creature(s) that are blocked become blocked. You can't activate abilities at the time because no one gets priority. Then, triggered abilities resulting from creatures becoming blocked or blocking are put on the stack, if any. That's when Infiltration Lens might trigger, if applicable (but not according to your scenario).
After that, you can cast instants and activate abilities, like moving the equipment from an unblocked creature to a blocked one. However, whatever blocked creature you might want to instant-equip with Infiltration Lens has already become blocked moments before, and it wasn't equipped at the time, so no lens trigger was put onto the stack. Since the blocked creature will not become blocked a second time, there will be no opportunity for the "whenever equipped creature becomes blocked" trigger of the lens to be put onto the stack. It's too late.
But yeah, I have a playset of these this in my W/B Living Weapon (Shut up, it works) deck and WHOA!! SUPAH EQUIP!! Of course, I have Day of Judgment and Phyrexian Rebirth in the deck... not to mention 3 Black Sun's Zenith c:
So with the Brass Squire can I play my equipment cards from my hand? I was hoping to use this card with along with Training Drone. The wording on the card is strange and I wanted to know if I could tap Brass Squire to summon Training Drone without using my mana?

@ CmcLucas
I'm not expert, but I think for something to be an "Equipment," it needs to be a permanent on the battlefield. When it's being CAST, it's an artifact SPELL, not an artifact, and I would imagine that applies when it's in your hand too.
I don't know how I hadn't noticed this until just now - lord knows I've seen this little guy enough opening packs and hitting the battlefield - but he's actually got the same P/T as Brass Man. I wonder if he got his name based on this stat match, or if the stat match came after the name?
It's the same ability as Auriok Windwalker, but it's just a bit faster to hit the battlefield, and it's colourless, so I think it outshines its predecessor overall. Equipping at instant speed is a nasty surprise, if people aren't thinking about his little ability!

At first I thought Puresteel Paladin obsoletes this card... but its "equip" cost is instant and this is much easier to cast, and slightly sturdier. too. I'm putting this in my Sunforger deck.

I admire it. Few can pull off weird cuteness and freakish hideousness at the same time.
What with all of Mirrodin Besieged's artifacts, this is looking to be one of the most underrated cards in the set. Quite apart from getting high-cost artifacts like Strandwalker and Piston Sledge out, it can set you up for a quick Metalcraft bonus and give you an edge right off the bat. Plus it's cute. I only have one but for some reason it has a tendency to pop up early in my deck and I've come to think of it as a pet that accompanies me through my battles.

Awesome card. It just shows you that non-rares/mythics can be really interesting too.
It allows for extremely annoying combat tricks, as well as saves you mana on equip costs. Attack with 2 tokens, and move your sword of fire and ice onto the one they didn't block, or onto the one they did to save your token.

As far as myr went, this little guy was an outcast. While all his friends were learning how to store and direct mana, he was out trying to become a knight. When he finally accepted that he would never be quick enough to score a first strike he found his true calling as a squire with the unique ability to throw weapons and armor with incredible accuracy. He found a true friend in Goblin Gaveleer and together they traveled and honed their battle skills, ready to face their destinies together.
