I personally love this card. Outside of a Kor deck, it isn't much good, but in conjunction with something like Kor Outfitter or Devout Lightcaster (for the "comes into play effects") you can easily turn this disadvantage into an advantage. Not to mention, it's a 2/3 flier for 2! Whats not to love?

@God_Of_The_Smurfs: That's not true. Kor Skyfisher is really good in many Soldier decks, where it can abuse cards like Enlistment Officer and Captain of the Watch.
Aside from "enters the battlefield" effects, Kor Skyfisher can also be used to play around the "sacrifice at the beginning of the end step" effects of cards such as Ball Lightning, or stop something like Cosmic Larva from killing you.

It's any permanent you control. Like land even, handy if you haven't played any that turn. Tap the mana to bust this guy out and return your tapped mana to your hand only to play it untapped and use it again. This card has some many sneaky combo's you'd be surprised.

Decent in Quest decks.

I use this for my landfall deck. Return something like a Halimar Depths or Kabira Crossroads to your hand to get the effect again. To have them come into play untapped, use Amulet of Vigor. 2/3 flyer with a drawback that turns into an advantage in the right deck is 4.5/5 for me.

2/3 Flying for 2 is quite above the curve. You really should NOT read the "return a permanent" triggered ability as an inconvenient. It is a great advantage if you build around it.
If you miss a land drop and can cast this guy, It's a 2/3 flying for in practice! Any landfall deck can certainly benefit from this ability.
I use it in a mono white control deck. You can get serious card advantage with four of these and four Wall of Omens. You can also bounce Kor Sanctifiers if you need to disenchant stuff and considering the sick artifacts (could have linke any sword to...) that are around currently in standard, that can be interesting. It also helps your Kor Cartographer fetch the many plains needed for Emeria, the Sky Ruin. It's just really good when played with any creatures with "comes into play" abilities.
I am sure those deck with Squadron Hawk, swords and Stoneforge Mystic wouldn't mind getting an extra flying creature and fetching a second sword with their Mystic by casting it twice. ;)
Five stars for this cheap combo common.

This card is cheap, has flying and combos really well with a lot of cards! It's even on a solid 2/3 body! This card is an aggro/combo card. It's mainly a white aggro card, but it doubles up as card combo. Most people would see the bounce as a downside, or they would use it as such - they'd bounce something normal.
But when you use this in a bounce combo, it really shines. I've seen people use this alongside with Kabira Crossroads to net life. I personally use it to bounce itself in my lifegain deck. I play Kor Skyfisher alongside with Soul Warden or Angelic Chorus. I just bounce Kor Skyfisher multiple times and end up gaining a lot of life.
This is essentially as good as Whitemane Lion. Instead of flash, you get +1 toughness and gain flying. A very good trade off in my opinion. This card is solid and game winning when used correctly 5/5

Really deserves a >4 Rating.
Disregarding the fact that it's an under-the curve flyer in white, it has almost endless shenanigan potential. Like others have said, you can bounce a land and replay it to have a 2/3 flyer for .
Additionally, it's in a tribe with a lot of ETB effects. Kor Sanctifiers, Stoneforge Mystic and many more like to enter the battlefield several times.
Also works nice with things like Quest for the Holy Relic, letting you add counters for , though admittedly there are better creatures for this purpose.
Overall, the sheer number of applications makes this a solid 4.5/5 in my book.

It could be funny to use on Contagion Clasp and Contagion Engine to!
