When this was being spoiled, nearly every person was complaining about how this was a useless spell.
I don't know what they mean, though: This completely shuts down Voltron EDH (excluding Rafiq EDH). Play this, and all their creatures can't be targeted.
It's very reminiscent of Horobi, Death's Wail, except you aren't affected, and they have to sacrifice rather than destroy it.
I really dislike this. Traditionally, blue can handle just about any spell as it is being cast, but struggles once the card is on the battlefield, with its only solutions being bounce, steal, or sleep. However, this gives blue access to not only creature kill, but often to mass creature kill. The point of the color pie is to make sure that no one color can do everything to make sure that all the colors are balanced, but now blue has access to control, aggro, countering spells on the stack, aggro, neutralizing threats on the board, card advantage, aggro...

Unnatural Selection, although I'm sure there's a {0} mana outlet for targetting somewhere, just have to find it.
And suddenly you really miss Fireball. I target al l your creatures for 0 dmg!

Awesome build around me card that can combo with activated abilities and repeatable targeting, but not too awesome in limited as your removal spells would be taking care of the creatures anyway.

Combo's with the radiance ability from the first ravnica block.
Cast this then anything with radiance and bye bye opposing creatures.

hilarious when the targeting ability was to change the colour or creature's type xD

"Hahah! Stupid Gruul, now that he's played Dismiss into Dream, bloodrushing your creatures is suicide!" ... Bloodrush --- , Discard Slaughterhorn: Target attacking creature gets crushed by a cow
Great card in EDH, especially when combined with Cauldron of Souls! Even better when you can get use out of opposing creature dying with cards like Grave Betrayal or even Lazav, Dimir Mastermind.
This + Sea Kings' Blessing = Each opponent sacrifices all of their creatures for

I love this card. The format is slow enough the this reads Plague Wind, Destroy all equipment, Auras or tricks that would target a creature your opponent controls cannot be cast. Turns Frost Breath into one of the best kill spells in the format. Can make Air Servant better than Visara. Wheels regularly.

Thrive simic board wipe by making creatures your opponents control bigger? hehe why not!!
By itself it's pretty mediocre, but the idea of turning marginal cards like Racecourse Fury and Zephyr Charge into kill spells is pretty awesome.

In Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind EDH, this card becomes "Whenever you draw a card, target creature's controller sacrifices it"

@volkiteSerpenta: No it doesn't. Overload replaces targeting with instead hitting everything. Thus overload doesn't target.
Despite this not working with overload, it is still ridiculously amazing. Even without pingers and other targeting effects, it shuts down equipment and auras save for your opponent cheating them in and shuts down secondary effects on removal (e.g., losing life to a Phthisis). Really expensive, sure, but that's because it would be close to broken otherwise. Certainly fun for the one controlling it, that's for sure.

Kills Aetherling dead with any spell or ability that targets. One of very few cards with the power to do so.
@blurrymadness I like to play this card with Master of Diversion. Get a couple of those out onto the field, play Dismiss into Dream, attack each turn and destroy two of your opponent's creatures without tapping any lands. And if I'm playing against a deck with lots of creatures, I like to cast out a couple Hands of Binding, Frost Breath, Inaction Injunction, or Dramatic Rescue.

Turns an overloaded Electrickery into an enemy creature wipe. Lovely! Edit: Whoops, I can't rules.

Kind of the last thing any heroic-reliant deck ever wants to see. (Good thing it takes a while to show up...)
The only time I could see this card backfiring would be if you played it before having stuff to target with, and your opponent had a big field and dropped a Coat of Arms... unless, of course, you have an Illusion of your own!

It's not just spells or abilities you control: it'll prevent your opponent from putting any more auras on his monstrous Fleecemane Lion.

This in my commander deck with Nin, the pain artist as my commander, I can kill all their creatures for one X cost every turn and they don't draw a card because they have to sack the creature. I think it is a great EDH playable card.
I really want to try Dismiss into Dream with Shoving Match in a big EDH game. The ensuing chaos would be priceless.

I just had someone in draft get Dismiss Into Dream and Zephyr Charge. He proceeded to use 2 mana to kill any creature that came out.

I recently put this into my Derevi, Empyrial Tactician commander deck. This thing does wonders with Derevi's abilities. Though the cost is on the high end, you can totally command the board if your opponents allow it to stay!

Oh, wow. It just struck me.
This card was designed a heroic/strive hoser. --- Also, this is the most gorgeous foil of any card I've seen.
Kill all your opponents creatures whilst triggering all of your heroic triggers for only 1 white mana! At instant speed! And depending on which instant you use you then you either get a bunch of 1/1s or scry 1 too!

Lol at Mana Leak neutralizing threats on the board. Where are aggro, winning, mana, winning, mana, winning, versatility, winning, artifact shenanigans, winning, card advantage, winning, and winning on your list of complaints about
@ Sonserf369
Needs a Donate first. Dismiss into Dream only works on opponents creatures.

Those nitpicks aside, solid 4.5/5 for
Cast this then anything with radiance and bye bye opposing creatures.
