nice card to give a lot of your creatures counters if they didnt already have them, so that they can benefit from those simic effects. or steal a whole bunch with cytoplast manipulator but lots already have graft counters and if you need to pump up tokens, it gets really expensive...

It's okay for a common, but I feel there's much better for green out there...
This card would be better if it went something like " Distribute X +1/+1 counters among creatures you control."
Or even better... Thrive X GGG "Put X +1/+1 counters on X creatures you control"
It's also a phenomenal common, especially in Simic. Fill up your graft creatures, then convert all of those counters into something else. Like a Simic Sky Swallower.
with Dismiss into dream you suddenly have a simic boardwipe! but only for your opponent's creatures

Actually a lot better now, with heroic out. Definitely could have been an instant though. Strength of the tajuru outclasses it pretty badly. For only {1}{G} more, you get the same effect at instant speed. And then there's the ability to get more than 1 counter.
