I love this card. This was one of the first cards I ever used when I learned to play Magic. I used to combo it with a Norrit to ping someone or something for two damage a turn.
Kind of a silly little "combo", but I loved it as a newbie!

This card used to be such a staple. I can remember packing all the blue pingers (as they were known in our circles) into a deck. Throw Sorceress Queen and Royal Assassin in and nothing your opponent played was going to live. I suppose that's still true, but as for this guy and kin, three mana to do one damage starting on turn 4 just isn't relevant anymore.

That's not Tim. Tim is scottish. Tim lives up in the mountains. Tim has a staff, a horned hat, and a long beard. This is no Tim. This is an imposter. For the real Tim. The one who is actual Scottish, and actually looks like Tim, and actually lives up on the mountains. Look no Further than Angus Mackenzie. Screw this imposter.
