Such a cool spell. Glad to see it back. I'm still in the process of building an ice deck with this, Early Frost, Frost Titan, and don't forget some classics like Winter's Chill!
Mind you, instant speed means you get to stave off people for 2 full turns if you cast it before their declare-attackers step; meaning you effectively get an entire turn to tap out safely.

I'm rating this a 4 as it was/is much better than I took it for at first glance.
I took part in a 'Magic Celebration day' where everybody get one of those free mono coloured 30 card starter decks and a booster pack to make a deck from. I chose the blue one, which included this card.
This broke so many stalemates and won me the game every time I cast it! I usually waited for the opponent's turn to get 2 free swings and deny them their biggest threats for 2 turns as well.
For the record, it appeared white was the strongest deck, as out of 30 people in the group stages, the 6 that made it into the final 6, 4 had white, 1 had black and I had blue.
