Why did it have to be haste? You are rarely going to have the mana to give something haste in a deck to give something haste for five mana!

Yeah... this could have costed just {R}{G} and been not too good (see Goblin War Paint). At least {1}{R}{G} would have been perfectly balanced. But this... this just sucks.

Even intimidate would have outclassed haste. I think it says something that I would rather play Sangrite Surge than this card.

Only way I see this being useful is if you have something that automatically puts things under your control at the beginning of your turn. This + Growing Ranks and big enough tokens wouldn't be too awful.
But that's really about it.

Yes, with Goblin War Paint as the precedent, plus the fact that WOTC has been pushing auras lately, this could have been two or even three mana cheaper. At this cost, I'd rather it gave something like trample instead.
The problem with giving haste at such a high cost is that you probably won't have much mana to pay for the creature. Most creatures that cost 1-2 mana are no bigger than 2/2s, which would give you at best a 5/5 for 6 or 7 mana. And creatures higher on the curve mean you're playing the combo even later in the game, or having to ramp up to it. At such an investment, there are better things to cast (yes, even at common).

I don't know how wizards thinks cards as completely and absolutely worthless as this modulate the power level of the game. I don't even think they do. I think they just get off on trolling us.

All that haste does for this aura is allow your opponent to attack with the creature immediately after they've stolen it from you. Of course, you can then just use your Gruul charm to take it back...

What's all this candidate rubbish, this is easily the worst card in the set. The haste may as well not even be there. At least those uncommon merfolk can trigger evolve at instant speed. If I saw this without an expansion symbol, I would assume it came from Legends or Ice Age, it's that bad.

Ill put this on my Trained Orgg for 9/9 hasted creature for just 12 MANA. And more, its double coloured! This card is gonna suprise your opponent with such power he will just surrender. That was sarcasm, obvoously, this card is garbage and it should be so much cheaper, since haste cant cost 5, no matter what else aura gives. 0.5/5

So... on turn 6, I can spend 6 mana and two cards on producing a 4/4 with haste that is an easy 2 for 1 for any opponent??
But then again, I can see the power difference between commons and rares skyrocketing about now.
It's as if common cards get +2 manacost compared to rares of the same quality right now.

Haste? This is 5 mana. Chances are you are putting this on something that is already over summoning sickness. If you have enough mana to make this good by playing a decent creature and attaching this to it, you should have much better plays to make. If you're the kind of deck that would want this effect, you probably should have won the game by then.

Seriously, unless you're casting this on something small on turn 7, 8, or 9 for that last bit of damage...in these colors...well, if that's your best play, you're probably already dead.

Since I still have my Gruul Wilding deck (a preset from Guildpact; mine has been improved with cards that fulfill its purpose in a better way), I put it in my deck. It combos with Gatherer of Graces, Beastmaster's Magemark, and Fencer's Magemark well enough to stay. Imagine having seven mana available (Gruul is green, so it isn't out of the question), playing Gatherer of Graces, then enchanting it with Primal Visitation. You end up with a 6/5 creature with haste. It can be even bigger and have first strike or get extra p/t when blocked if there are other Auras like the Magemarks I mentioned in play. 4/5.

This is certainly not great. Very little of it's effect is optimized; haste? On a five mana enchantment? I think you are meant to use this with Burning-Tree Emissary, this isn't such a bad combo; 5/5 with haste for five mana. But that is it, nothing else can make this card optimized.

+3/+3 is good, but the haste is near useless at this cost, what are you going to be dropping that you can afford to pay 5 mana to give haste? So it's just 5 mana for the +3/+3, that's dreadful even in draft. Compare to Collective Blessing which costs 6 and everything gets +3/+3. Yes that's a rare but still, Primal Visitation is hopeless even in limited.

Bad card, could see it being useful if you got a free creature somehow, ie. somebody destroys your Thragtusk / Worldspine Wurm before you declared attackers. Waste of cardboard really.
@kiseki: If it cost , second turn plays of Burning-Tree Emissary into this would be annoyingly common.
Incidentally, I also consider the Emissary to be the best candidate for this card to target. Dropping a surprise 5/5 with haste on turn 3-4 is powerful, but not worth two card slots, at least not in standard. Still a bad card.

This card is wrong on so many levels. When is Wizards going to learn that cards that give haste SHOULD cost less than what it should cost, especially when you know that it can be easily two-for-one'd. First let's examine the fact that it requires two colors. What else is an enchantment, is two colors and is just as good? Oh how about Armadillo Cloak. That aura has 3 abilities: +2/+2, trample AND lifelink. Now what does this 5 mana aura do? Give +3/+3 and haste. That's it? What about trample, something known to be in green and red? No instead we got an extra cost in mana, that's the ability, to get us to waste even more mana and turns to get to even cast this. And by the time we even cast it the other player(s) would already have an answer to it. And i don't you would need the haste part anyway. If you played this on a 1 mana creature you're paying 6 mana for a 4/4 haste, no let's give it the benefit of the doubt, a 5/4 haste, but remember it requires two cards. If you wanted a haste creature, put a that haste creature in your deck then. So overall it's just an overcosted +3/+3 aura.
Oh, i guess you can say it comboes with burning tree emissary. On turn 5 you've got a 5/5 haste. Wow i'm impressed.... NOT.

For I get an enchantment which gives one of my creatures haste and +3/+3. For one more colourless mana, I get Sangrite Surge, a Sorcery that gives one of my creatures +3/+3 and double strike until end of turn.
This card is so hilariously bad. It's currently the lowest rated card in all of Standard.

Haste. How very useful on an aura for five mana. Especially one with such an *incredible* power boost at that cost. ...
I don't know what went wrong, but it feels like this card had a third paragraph of text that got lost somewhere. Add the effects of Rancor to this card, then it would be alright. But like that? Come on, what is this even?
Even a semi-good case scenario is still terrible: Let's assume you play this on turn six on a 2/1 one-drop in an attempt to at least make use of the first effect. Congratulation, you...just wasted two cards and six mana on a 5/4 with haste. Wow.
Well. I'm not surprised this is currently the lowest-rated card in Gatecrash. Looks like Wizards gave us another card to put into our Chimney Imp deck.

Okay, this is bad, but not that bad. Ignore the haste: permanent +3/+3 makes it overcosted by about , maybe a bit more. That's still a lot better than other sub-1 star cards like Celestial Prism and Wood Elemental. Not worth any more than 1.5/5, but doesn't really deserve to be under 1/5.
