Slightly better then giving all you enchanted creatures Rampage 1.
This reads
"Gets +1/+1 for each creature blocking it."
Rampage reads
"Get's +1/+1 for creature blocking it beyond the first."
I always liked Rampage.
And I really like this card.
However, I like Infiltrator's Magemark better.
For a common card, very VERY playable. What takes the cake is the fact it covers all enchanted creatures. Any spell with the word "ALL" in it is music to my ears, especially an aura that beefs up creature power and toughness so beautifully. I'm a little old school and still prefer Rancor as all time great green aura, but these two together make for an interesting game, especially with the likes of Yavimaya Enchantressin play!

Just realized- the Magemarks are actually a vey interesting take on counteracting Aura 'card disadvantage'-
While trying to maximize them by enchanting lots of creatures is not completely safe (you'll definitely need to find some way to Wrath-proof them), a Magemark Deck can get lots of incremental card quality advantage, so that if it really starts firing, ONLY a Wrath can save the opponent- which if you're prepared for, can lead to some great blow-out wins :)
This cycle is about half a star better than it looks if you build a focused deck for it.

I love the art on this card so much... I just wish it was a wee bit better. If it gave +2 +2, it would be awesome. But with aura deck staples like Aura Gnarlid, your creatures probably won't be blocked often anyway, and there are better auras they could be using.
