Not enough white creature to combo them with. If it was any creature, then 4/5 rating probably.

This was part of a premade deck that I regret buying. It was blue and white. Basically the strategy of the deck was to not play spells and then try to win with Soramaro. It was pretty easy to not play spells though, since the moonfolk and kitsune in the deck had no support to actually do anything helpful in play.
This guy just defends for a turn and bounces himself, I guess.

This and the Captain of the Watch, combined with Veteran's Arments and/or Pennon Blade could be be a neat combo. Add Kor Duelist for a steadlily growing, double hitting blocker and attacker.
The backside would of course be the pretty cost of the captain. Six mana every turn might seem a bit costly, but on the other hand you'll get three additional soldiers every turn. And if you get tired of bouncing the captain, just bounce back one of the tokens instead.

Low cost ETB effects FTW. Hada Freeblade and other white Allies, Inquisitor Exarch, Knight of the White Orchid, Kor Outfitter, Lone Missionary, Meddling Mage, Monk Realist, Phantom Nomad and other Phantoms can be reset when low, Somnomancer is a personal favorite, as well as Stoneforge Mystic and Wall of Omens. two mana draw a card, not so much of a drawback now is it? And there plenty other creatures with E-T-B effects, this guy is definitely good enough to build around, and in a flicker deck, or even a soldier deck with low costs (lookin your way, Daru Warchief), this isn't so bad at all. 3/4 flying body for 4, and no real drawback if you play it right. 4/5 for being way underrated.

It's a white Stampeding Serow... Which is a green Stampeding Wildebeests. Red has Oni of Wild Places. Black has Skull Collector. Blue has Trusted Adviser.

Every color has a ton of good "enters the battlefield" creatures. Trusted Adviser is so cheap it's a natural combo piece, whereas the others are more of "cheap beat-down cards with possibly-advantageous disadvantages", but make no mistake that these are all potential engine cards in decks built around them.

console_gamer - I beg your pardon but there are so many white creatures with "comes into play" effects. My namesake cloudchaser Kestrel being one that would work well here, devout monkAffa Guard hound, auramancer, Benalish Emissary, blade splicer, carrier pigeon, enlistment officer, honorable scout, inquisitor exarch, kithkin zealot, kitsune dawnblade, Kor cartographer Leonin squire, medicine runner, ranger of Eos, Seht's tiger, sensor splicer, springjack shepherd, stoneforged mystic, treasure hunter, wall of omens, welkin guide, whitemane lion, wooly razorback and meadowboon- working as well. White has a lot of massively high powered high mana creatures as well like pentarch paladin or Ivory giant . . . imagine destroying a creature per turn or having the enemy eternally tapped out.

add in a soul warden and you've got an even better deal. fiend hunter and flickerwhisp champion of the parish changeling hero and saltskitter suddenly become attractive combined with this.

stonehorn dignitary is my all time favorite combined with this guy.

Would have liked it far more if it came with Esperzoa's stats:
2White as 4/3 flyer. Like this it ain't fun...

During development it was Eiganjo Flea-Riders, but marketing decided that name didn't test well, so they changed it to moths.

This is a great card. The people rating it down clearly don't know how to use it.
