Normally, I would rate Kor Cartographer a 4/5; however, in this deck there is so much synergy that I think he deserves some extra credit. 4.5/5

Good-ish if Flickered by Venser.

Good idea, shapelyman. First, let's compare the colour of the expansion symbols.

Solemn Simulacrum is almost always better than this. One small difference, though, is that this can find dual lands like Sacred Foundry and Plateau

A plains CARD

Just thought that needed to be highlighted (looking at you, "Compare to Simulacrum" guy)

-Flicker-ready; and white is the color of flicker
-Thins your deck, and ramps in white; both of which are awesome/neat. White is very good at running low curve builds that still have a few fats up top (due to pulling a bunch of lands from the deck.)
-With no other ramp this guy allows a T5 Suntitan; which is nice.
-Card advantage silly!
-Emeria

When you don't include Green in your mana spectrum for EDH, this is always a great choice in White.

You always need a little bit or ramp, and with this, you at least get a 2/2!

I'm looking at Solem, and I'm seeing that this guy is much more versatile in getting lands. Check it: Solemn Simulacrum grabs a land and is colorless and brings that land in play tapped. A BASIC land. This guy, although has a color in its mana, has the same body as Solemn, BUT grabs a Plains CARD ( as Goatllama said ) into play tapped...now, I may be wearing glasses but anything that is splashable and can get shock lands or the original dual lands is pretty good in my book.
