I really expected something called "Clock of Omens" to be more... impressive. This is disappointing.

Combine with Howling Mine for no-drawback card draw.

if you combo with throne of geth, thopter foundry, sword of the meek, krark clan ironworks, and anything with counters, you have a lot of proliferate

Definitely one of my favorite cards. Helps me pump a Lux Cannon though I rarely care to use it for that. Blinkmoth Urn hardly helps my friends out but it helps me keep that under lock. I use it to untap my isochron scepter with galvanic blast and I often am using it for the Everflowing chalice, pouring out ridiculous mana, and playing another one with a high kick or even returning the current one with the Master Transmuter, playing something else then casting the chalice with the mana it previously generated so that my next turn can do it even better... plus Seedborn Muse

Gunna wanna get the Howling Mine.. really like Time Vault but Panoptic Mirror and Time Walk already asks for a face punch.

Equipment, even if attatched, can be used to untap without any consequence. Can untap artifact lands if you really need to even.. or tap them for the cost.. lol. Kuldotha Forgemaster can be untapped by tapping two of his sacrifices to untap him and in response, tap him, sac them, put something out from your library then untap kuldotha and do it again.

This is an excellent card to put your idle artifacts to work! You can get multiple uses out of your artifacts that have tap abilities. I personally enjoy activating a single Elixir of Immortality mutliple times (which works since it doesn't sacrifice when you pay the cost!)

Other fun uses involve the Lux Cannon and any of the new proliferate artifacts :)

a staple card for any combo deck using artifacts, one of my favourite artifacts to throw into my decks,

also good to use with artifacts with switch off effects, if you have two howling mine out, you draw two additional cards and get to untap something, for free!

Equipment go very well with this card, as almost no equipment have a tap effect, if this is out with one creature and an equipment, that creature now has pseudo vigilance,
great synergy with sword of the meek, Krark-Clan Stoker, +any artifact with a tap ability, now you can tap the swords to get extra tap abilities, sac em for mana then play something like Goblin Striker and you get all your swords back into play untapped, so you can do this again

went well with the sunburst cards, as many of them ended up useless after they lost all their counters, pentad prism is a fine example, its "free" it is modal as a mana fixer, and/or mana "accelerator" and after you have used it it sits there doing nothing, with Clock of Omens its another charge counter on titan forge or more mana from darksteel Ingot.

this also works for many other artifacts, my favorite use is with Gemstone Array
at the end of your opponents turn untap all your artifact mana sources to add more charge counters to Gemstone Array

you can also use its ability on artifact creatures with summoning sickness, so you can untap other artifacts

finally it can get you out of some rare situations, stop your opponents sisters of stone death from stealing your artifact creatures by tapping them so they cant block it. stop all your creatures from getting destroyed from a creature with deathtouch and "Lure" effects.

edit: forgot most important thing, thanks to Alex Horley-Orlandelli for the amazing card art!

Tap trinisphere and clock of omens to Untap clock of omens at the start of your turn
Tap clock of omens and howling mine to Untap trinisphere at the end of your turn

So many great uses.

This and Prototype Portal with Memnite imprinted on it. It gets ridiculous quickly:

Turn 1: 2 Memnite Tokens
Turn 2: 6 Memnite Tokens
Turn 3: 14 Memnite Tokens
Turn 4: 30 Memnite Tokens
Turn 5: 62 Memnite Tokens
...and so on, each time doubling your tokens +2...

That's assuming you are just tapping the one Clock of Omens and the Memnite tokens to untap the Prototype Portal. It'll build up even quicker if you tap additional artifacts, and this can be done at the end of your opponent's turn so you aren't left open.

Of course, if you're a complete hoser you can just have out a Doubling Season and make ∞ tokens in a single turn. There's no fun in that though.

Remember you can tap the clock so it pretty much turns one of your artifacts into a voltaic key as well as it's other stuff.

Nearly busted in Mirrodin, sub par in M13...
