watch out for the fallout, this card can sometimes bite you right back, in an artifact deck later in the game this card can give you upwards of 30 mana, and if you can't use all of them then you take mana burn, sometimes even enough to kill you.

But not anymore!!! I can think of plenty of things to use the mana for in casual.

another card vastly improved by the loss of mana burn.

@Brimand

Just have a Planar Portal and Myr Matrix handy, the portal to get the Matrix if necessary. And lots of card drawing. My stepdad loves to ramp up his mana to ramp up his Myrs to ramp up his Beast of Burdens, and to make Coat of Arms that much more vicious. Even before mana burn was eliminated, he found ways to funnel his mana.

Mycosynth Lattice makes this card hilarious.

If you have an artifact deck, this card makes Tower of Eons, Murmurs, Champions and Fortunes playable.

always enjoyed using this card, pretty much a game winner once it is out, use it with other artifacts that shut down when tapped and Clock of Omens to prevent your opponent from getting any abilities, especially now that mana burn no longer exists.

most obvious usage is of course lattice

best usage I got out of it back in myr-ridin was clockwork dragon, gemstone array, and Thopter Squadron/pentavus

What's a Blinkmoth Urn?

About 5 mana a turn!

Function wise, closest thing we can get instead of Tolarian Academy.

It's peak price, like, ever, was $1-2 dollars...you maybe lost 25 cents, honestly

Back during Darksteel, I bought nine of these from a friend for a dollar.
I bet he feels silly now!

I use it in my artefact recursion deck.
Nothing says fun like five uses of Grinning totem a turn.

4/5.
