The Good natured white necropotence. Great in a life gaining deck. The only draw mechanic of its kind I know of.

this generates a huge card advantage in a life gain deck. e.g. heroes reunion, then pay 4 mana. For 6 mana you get 7 life and 4 cards at instant speed.

yes, a white card advantage engine.

A lovely little card draw engine. Nice in multiplayer or EDH, but may be a bit too clunky for single player.

A friend of mine uses this to combo with Tamanoa and Mirrodin Talismans = {1}: Draw a card (colored mana obv.)

wow, this seems to be the best colorless draw engine.
Also works really well with the zendikar refuge lands. Suddenly, hitting land isn't as much of a dead draw anymore

Hooray for cards that make lifegain not suck! A common problem of lifegain.dec is that you run out of steam, like a perverse reversal of Red Burn. This lets you draw into more lifegain and win cons. It's perhaps not an auto-include but a strong contender, along with Ajani's Pridemate.
I'll cast my Healing Salve AKA Ancestral Recall, Tanglebloom, refuge lands, Sun Droplet, Soul Warden, Wellwisher, Ivory Tower, theres so many cards you could use

Pristine Talisman with this reads tap to gain one life and draw one card.
Let's face it; this card is fantastic in combination with any life-gain card. PERIOD. Words of Worship is just the most amusing. Instead of replacing a card you would draw with casting a half-priced Soothing Balm, it gives you the option of casting Soothing Balm for its normal whenever you draw a card (without wasting that card), with the option of paying up to extra to draw up to 4 extra cards.
Combos with Pristine Talisman, which then reads as follows: Tap to gain 1 life and choose one – Add to your mana pool or draw a card.
Even better when you use Voltaic Key to keep doing it.

This thing is amazing. With cards like Soul Warden, Soul's Attendant, and Auriok Champion on the field, you don't even have to cast spells to benefit from this. You can just save all your mana and wait for your opponent to cast creatures.

Oh, Mirrodin block. They really did not know how to balance cards at that point did they?

This card... how I failed to notice it despite having a lifegain deck... oh the shame! It's so darn good! If you have any dependable lifegain per turn, even just 1 life per turn (Wall of Reverence, I'm looking at you) that's +1 card advantage per turn for a very, very small cost.
But then you get out something silly like a Baneslayer Angel, and its just bonkers. 5 cards for 5 mana, while also getting the opponent closer to death and putting your life total in a safer position? Are you kidding? That's very, very good. Throw it in a monowhite lifegain deck with an Emeria engine for the lategame, and getting 8+ cards in hand even leads to free creatures via Emeria's recursion. And in that case, just include a couple Mistveil Plains - which happen to contribute to Emeria's plains count - just in case you get close to a 0 card library, which can easily happen if your draw engine is allowed to proceed uninterrupted.

I was looking for a card draw engine for my casual elf deck so I don't have to top deck it. This with wellwisher in elf tribal maybe a couple priests of titania and I might as well play with the whole deck

My personal favorites to pair this card up with air Recumbent Bliss and Wall of Reverence

In the same block, we had Ageless Entity, as well as Loxodon Warhammer, and Beacon of Immortality.
Sun Droplet
Pristine Talisman with this reads tap to gain one life and draw one card.
As others have mentioned, it's also fantastic with Ivory Tower/Venser's Journal, as well as with Pristine Talisman and Paradise Plume.

That reminds me of Kiss of the Amesha, but technically the combo costs
