technically better then stream of life which isnt a horrible card. if your looking to give a teammate life sure, go for stream, but the moment you try to gain 6 life with stream youve paid 1 more then 6 life with this card.

Ultratog:
Replicate allows you to choose new targets for the spell every time you pay the replication cost, and also repliacte copies the spell each time the cost is paid. Taste of Paradise doesn't allow these actions. It is indeed much more closely related to multikicker, as that allows for multiple instances of mana paid to attain more of the given action.

They can't change it to Multikicker- some cards have triggers that happen when something is "kicked" and it would change whether Ertai's Trickery could counter this. In other words, it would make this a different card...

I always did think those Birds of Paradise looked like they'd be delicious braised.

Must not be able to handle paradise very well..
His flashing eyes, his floating hair!
Weave a circle ’round him thrice,
And close your eyes in holy dread:
For he on honeydew hath fed,
And drunk the milk of Paradise!”
-Samuel Taylor Coleridge, Kubla Khan
