In my mind, this is the best general for Enchantress EDH to date.
1. He's an enchantment, so he triggers enchantress effects when cast.
2. Enchantments are hard to deal with, therefore great for enabling devotion.
3. Enchantress is very good at drawing cards; the no hand limit thing does a lot of good.
4. There are plenty of enchantments like Helix Pinnacle that serve as great mana sinks for all the extra mana Kruphix is gonna get you.
If only he were also white.

So, let me get this straight;
It's a spellbook.
That's also a somewhat worse version of Omnath, Locus of Mana, so whenever steps, turns, or phases end, you can keep all your mana forever for the low low cost of it becoming colorless?
...
I imagine Kruphix owning a bank, storing mana and cards for as long as you need.

While this is not the highest P/T God to hit the board, both abilities are insane for standard G/u Devotion or Bant Control strategies. For Devotion, multiple Monstrosity creatures can be activated, or X spells can be huge, and Mistcutter Hydra will be a giant, any wasted mana from Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx sticks around for later use, and Curse of the Swine can wipe a board. For no max hand size, Garruk, Caller of Beasts can overflow your hand.
Bant Control gets huge Sphinx's Revelation and Syncopate.
This would also compliment a Blue-based BUG Phenax Mill strategy, and this card has Commander written all over it.

I still think the colorless mana restriction was unnecessary.
This should simply have been a one-sided Upwelling instead.

An excellent EDH card, sure. But it could have been more fun.

Green/Blue just earned themselves a hell of a Commander. Truthfully, he needs a bit of building around to be really useful, but he'll be a lot of fun if you're willing to put in some extra effort.

Dear Kruphix

Flavorfully, you are by far the best of the Gods. You know the secrets of Nyx. While they others are off squabbling with each other and now the mortals, you're chilling out on the edge of the world thinking about how to create and destroy Gods, twist and unravel reality, and whatever else goes on in your beautiful starry head. You are Blue and Green, my favorite combination of mana by far and probably the wisest.

Your card takes some thinking, though. Many other Gods, like Mogis, Purphoros, or Athreos, are big, splashy, and make you say "wow" when you see them. You, on the other hand, are subtle, crafty.

Kruphix the God, you are about infinite possibilities, opening your eyes to the world around you and the power within you. This card portrays that beautifully- I, the Planeswalker, under your guidance, can manage my resources and knowledge in ways other planeswalkers dream of.

Kruphix, you are by far my favorite God in all of Theros. No, all of fiction.

You rule.

Sincerely, your biggest fan

Kruphix makes a pretty crazy U/G general IMO. A little bit more subtle than Prime Speaker, but definitely a powerhouse. No maximum hand size might seem underwhelming, but this is U/G, the colors that love to ramp and draw cards. The mana sink ability benefits control, combo, or just slamming big fatties onto the table alike. In other decks as a part of the 99, he is still a worthy addition. At the worst, you get an indestructible Reliquary Tower, that you can Green Sun from your library, to just stockpile excess mana into for the rest of the game.

Kruphix, God of EDH is more like it.

Also, the mana becomes colorless not to weaken the ability,
but to prevent a whole mess of memory issues.

Think of all the potential use for those mana stored by Kruphix and the no maximum hand size is cherry on the toppings.

@Drpvfx: And/or because Simic ALREADY has a way to get a good chunk of colored mana via Plasm Capture...

@Sanctuary Cat: Green Sun's Zenith? Pthbt. Try Chord of Calling instead...

Incredible commander! What a perfect merge between blue's craftiness and green's monsters. Run him with Squall Line and Hurricane to win with direct damage. Quicken + Gelatinous Genesis for a surprise army of mega ooze. Fable of Wolf and Owl + Ashnod's Altar to spam tokens, then refill your pool with them. Genesis Wave for 25? Yes, please. If you feel like having NO FRIENDS and making the world a bad place, you can run Vorinclex, Voice of Hunger and Jin-Gitaxias, Core Augur both! Vorinclex to double the mana going into your pool, Jin to draw you tons of cards. Too much fun. This is a real win for EDH from this set.

I can see him as a very interesting EDH general that makes use of artifacts. All that mana becomes colorless, so just spam out artifacts.

I can only think MaRo & Co were sitting around one day daring each other to one up the last god in this set. I mean Pharika is ok, Phenax is a little better, and Keranos can get pretty nuts. Then there's this guy and Iroas. The only reason these guys aren't completely broken is because enchantment exiling has been made relatively easy.

Kuphrix, God of EDH

Someone at my playgroup said that this was a worse Omnath with reliquary tower slapped on to it

I don't see this guy as Omnath at all, because I feel that Kuphrix is much more versatile. Omnath is all about ramp and huge creatures, which is all fine and dandy. But Kuphrix is harder to kill, and gives a more controlish play style.

Great card, GUx players are happy for sure.

I find it funny that i have seen almost no mention of Prophet of Kruphix with this card. y'know, considering it's the prophet of KRUPHIX. you get to maximize the size of your mana pool, flash in whatever you need WHENEVER you need it and to top it all off, you get the infinite hand size to manage all of the cards you want. seriously.

He's had enough of this crazy nonsense happening on Theros, so he's gonna go summon some Eldrazi to shut everyone up.

EDH all star but doesn't bring anything to the standard table. In his own way his problem is the same as Karametra, God of Harvests, in that you don't quite need that much mana on turn 5, unless you're really aiming for a big Mistcutter Hydra.

I would avoid this card in limited and constructed.
The effect of no maximum handsize cost too much, and not worth it.
2 stars, because it's too expensive for a 4/7 devotion creature.

Bizarre amalgamation of strange, barely color identifying abilities. He made up for this by being the Harryhausen kraken.

the wording could be better at first i thought it was ur mana empties and turns into colorless then dumps, they should word it, mana doesnt empty at end of turn and turns to colorless, so its an upwelling and spellbook in one!!!!!!!!

The EDH dream: piling up enough mana for a Prosperity with Jace's Erasure to cut the number of cards needed to deck 'em all in half. Of course, extremely fragile and near impossible to pull off as soon as people figure out what's going on, but incredibly satisfying.

This needs to be in a Simic hyper-ramp deck using Plasm Capture, Prophet of Kruphix and as many blue and green X cost cards as possible! Nimbus Swimmer, Mistcutter Hydra, Vastwood Hydra, Biomass Mutation and Curse of the Swine to name a few.

It's okay that it's turned colorless.

Between this and Karametra, God of Harvests poor green got some pretty weak Gods. Obviously pretty much EDH fodder, if that. Maybe between all the Heartbeat of Spring type effects running around standard he's needed to be weak, but I doubt it.

One of the coolest cards for Momir Basic to date. You can essentially skip a turn to double your mana output; if you aren't behind, that means you can skip your 7 and have a 50% chance to hit Emrakul, the Aeons Torn the following turn. If you're lucky enough to spike him AND dudes that have relevant activated abilities, (Kiku, Night's Flower comes to mind) you can mostly stay on curve, which is pretty insane if you think about it.

"Hmm...wait. Where'd Kruphix get his +1/+1 counters?"

"What?"

"Those dice; what are they?"

"These?...These are 'mana, manaaa, mana dice, mana manaa, mana dice.'"

"Ok, you're done."

"Oh-oh-oh-o-ooohhhh o-o-oh!"

"Revoke Existence. I said you're DONE."

"Aww..."

Should have called him Kruphix, God of G/U spells with X in the casting cost. I think it's time to dig out the old Power Sink and Untamed Might.

Edit: I just played this guy as a commander in multiplayer and I can say with some confidence that he is insane. I know Praetor's Counsel is a pretty awesome card already, but with this baby to cancel out its mana cost (several times over) it becomes absolutely ridiculous. Yes I will have my graveyard back thank you very much. And yes I will play half of it right away! p.s. I have about three counterspells now so don't bother trying to stop me.

On reflection I think he was given low power because the chances of getting and keeping his devotion up are better than pretty much any other god. Card draw, counterspells, land ramp and (albeit to a lesser extent than with black) regeneration and graveyard raiding is one hell of a formula for keeping plenty of cards on the board.
