Much too expensive. If the activation cost was lower, it could be useful for enters-the-battlefield abilities, or just to avoid kill spells. Could even be an improvised Pacifism if necessary.

That's the thing - the reason why using this card costs so much is its versatility. You can trigger cip effects, protect your creature and disable your opponents' creatures.

I dunno about it being "too expensive"... 4 mana to exile Phage and put her back in play at the end of the turn seems dirt-cheap to me.

Actually, stacking Funeral Marches onto an opposing creature, and then blinking it with Flickerform would do nothing. Both your opponent's creature and your own Funeral Marches would be exiled at the same time. Thus, the Funeral Marches would not be in play to force your opponent to sacrifice a creature.
At your upkeep, just exile her, draw a card, she comes back into play at the end of your turn and your opponents simply take 3 at their draw step without being able to top deck or tutor... fits esper colors as well. just fill the rest with things like Sen Triplets, Merieke Ri Berit, Freed from the Real, Oust, Doom Blade, Rain of Tears etc etc
After playing the deck for quite a while, I'll say it gets everything together probably 50% of the time allowing you to win no question, add in some unblockables and you can normally squeak a win out even if you can't get all three cards out in quick succession.

Would be funny to stack Funeral Marches onto an opposing creature and then use this on it. @Arglypuff; that's exactly why it would work. Its the same if the creature would be destroyed normally, funeral march and the creature would leave play at the same time. Flickerform kind of does the same thing, except sends it to exile rather than graveyard and returns it later.
I use this in my Uril, The Miststalker deck. It's useful if Uril isn't indestructible yet or if someone drops a 'destroy all enchantments' spell. Can also be an overly expensive method of untapping. While there are more useful auras out there, this one is a good method of ducking global effects and removing negative counters and the like.
Put this on Mangara of Corondor. Exile a permanent once per turn, every turn, for 2WW. Have Thousand-Year Exlixir out and this becomes even more evil.

@Arglypuff: Permanents that leave the battlefield together all see each other leave, in the same way that permanents entering the battlefield together see each other enter. I've personally milled an entire library when my Extractor Demon got Warp Worlded. I lost that game.
@Kryptnyt: Nearly every card I comment on, you already have. I get the feeling we both press the Random Card button entirely too often.
Keep available at each opponent's turn, block all their creatures with the Guardian, then activate the Flickerform before damage is dealt. You'll still be able to attack on your turn with other creatures, because the Guardian is all you need untapped. You've just blocked even the biggest army with no consequences (well, unless something has trample, but it still just blocked everything that didn't).

This + Rune-Scarred Demon seems pretty good. Cast demon, tutor this, next turn have an unkillable tutor engine.
