A decent card if you're looking for card advantage. I'd possibly put it in a non-green dual color discard deck if I have high value creatures in it.

@StreamHopper It doesn't combo with Infectious Host Regeneration replaces a creature going to the graveyard, meaning it never goes there.

Pretty decent card, Mind Rot with 1 more mana added that can regenerate a creature, that's a good tradeoff.

Ladies and gentlemen, we give you... Hakim! For a measly BlueBlueBlueBlue each turn, Hakim will deplete your opponent's hand and put him in topdeck mode for the rest of the game!

Dragonwizard:
Use Phyresis instead of Snake Cult Initiation.
I like the Discard ability with this.

@StreamHopper: It only regenerates the creature that it enchants.

this card is good. 3/5 or 4/5 good. 4 CMC to discard 2 cards and a regen protection for your treasured creature.

Something to note about this is it's non-dead discard. I.E. you can always do something with it; and it may actually be pretty useful to have it as a regeneration enchant late game. Mid game it's mediocre, as Mind Rot is already mediocre, but it does mean that they'll probably spend removal hitting the guy you enchanted; making this similar to:

{3}{B}, sacrifice a creature; opponent discards 3

which sounds quite a bit better yeah? If they don't, you get a regenerator, which will be a pain to deal with for a long time.

hey guys, this thing only costs 4, it mills their hand for two cards and enchanted creature gets tap 1 regenerate.

This a nasty card to play against with excellent practical value for its owner. Energy 5/5 for practical value.

Underrated and undervalued - this is a good card.

Ah but the true cost is 3BlackBlack.

Unless you do not care if the enchanted creature dies before you can regenerate it. Then again, they discarded 2 and used removal in hand, so you might be coming out ahead if they blow removal on enchanted creature before you have Black ready.
