Permanent +5/+5 for four mana is powerful on its own, even without the flashback. Very good as finisher even if you run 0 big creatures.

I bet many an Animar EDH player began drooling at this cards announcement.
Best case scenario Turn 3 Animar Turn 4 Increasing Savagery Turn 5 Titans for 2 and 5 drop artfact creatures for free.

This seems somewhat bonkers with green infect, no?

This is a surprisingly powerful card. It's a little different than cards you may have played before, but quite worth a look in constructed. Consider what it does on invisible stalker.

I like it. 4 mana for a 5/5 creature isn't bad, the only difference is that it's counters. That could be handy (put it on an Invisible Stalker or Mikaeus), or not as good, if you need more board presence and a second creature on the field would have helped more than making just one huge. So, you know, shrug. But...7 mana for a flashback finisher, that REALLY helps. It could be your big "for the victory" final move.

Seems kind of underrated to me. Turns even a lowly dork into a threat, or something good into a Must Answer. That flashback may seem steep too, but this is green, we ramp.
Four mana to turn any of those into a serious problem. Seven to turn them into game winners.

This card widows people in Limited. What can you do against a 12/12 bear just out of a board stalemate? Disgusting. Of course this is chiefly against other aggro decks, but even spirits, the most notorious aggro limited archetype of the block can't stand against this without very lucky control-oriented topdecks.
This card is hilarious with Riku of Two Reflections. Somebody wide open? For the (relatively) low payment of nine mana, you've got a 22/22 general ready to kill. Nice knowing you!

I have never cast this and lost. I have also never cast it without flashing it back two turns later. Last kill with this was an 11/11 mana elf equipped with two Mage Slayers.
Must combo with Corpsejack Menace. Allure of 20 +1/+1 tokens too strong to resist.

I have already used this on Corpsejack Menace several times in FnM yesterday.
Player had a Tree of Redemption out... I had a corpsejack with rancor on it.. top decked and played increasing savagery, he scooped.

This on wandering wolf has killed me so many times. Just attacked through 16/16 elves (double joraga warcaller ramp) with a 17/16 wandering wolf due to this card on turn 4, flashback turn 5.
