I think this is the demigod aura whose 2 abilities are the most synergistic together, the only other contender is Runes of the Deus, but he costs 4 more.

I use this enchant in combo with ashenmoor gouger making it a 6/6 wither + first strike. Very useful and depending on the lay of the cards, it can be out by turn 3.

great in black-red deck... add in Ashenmoor Gouger and Demigod of Revenge to destroy ur opponent without mercy... add Kulrath Knight in ur army and its all over...
I think these 2 ability's are more synergistic then any of the other god auras. first strike + wither means your creature beats into there's and whittles it down to nothing before it takes that hit. Neat!

if there is an Oros, the Avenger on the field, make sure your opponent doesnt have a chance to play this. the only combo more synergistic is if it had Double strike

It turns a black/ red creature into a great beater that can battle almost anything, weaken it significantly, and still live. The only downside is that it doesn't answer the chump block problem.

This plus Goblin Deathraiders for a small yet VERY cost effective killing machine. 5/3 trample, wither, first strike for 4 total mana.
I use this with Igneous Pouncer without first strike, they would need a 10/8 at least to kill this MADNESS! prolly my favorite combo whether or or not its the best...

This is especially good because the abilities synergize. If you put it on, say Spike Jester, it now requires 8 damage to get killed, because the first strike weakens the creature before it hits, compared to 1 damage before.
