This will be me at the prerelease if an opponent uses this on me:

For White, that is a terrifying effect, and crippling if you had all the board presence before your opponent cast it. It'll be fun.

This, much like Devastation Tide, was *highly* needed to deal with a board full of enemy tokens or a Sigarda.

With creatures and aggro strategies seemingly getting stronger every set,
cards like this are a necessity to keep things in balance.

Also, the art is incredible- I must have one in foil!

This is by far the best miracle card in the set.

Its hard cast is still fair, and its Miracle cost! My goodness! INSANE! This card will be played, often times over Day of Judgement now.

Very good card.

This card saved my butt many a times during prerelease. In one round, I ended up playing it each game (no deck stacking, we both shuffled and cut each other appropriately). Only wish I could've coupled it with blink effects, but when you're already down several creatures and you have no other spot removal, it's one of the best plays you can make.

This card is pretty insane, and I think will become the board wipe spell of choice in standard. A lot of creatures enjoy being in the graveyard, but not so much being on the bottom of the library where they can't be easily brought back. As in, this costs only one more than Hallowed Burial which is already a great card (that people HATE seeing in Commander, so this is essentially your second copy if you use it) but the Miracle cost puts it over the top.

Wow...even without the Miracle cost it's the same as Final Judgment (and the effect is pretty similar). Meanwhile, Miracle for {W} is just crazy. Even Devastation Tide only miracles for {1U}.

I have to agree this is a real God send. My only question is since it does not say battlefeild, does it then mean all creatures even the ones in your graveyard. I know normal Magic states from the battlefeild when it only effects the creatures in play, but with the new graveyard play ability it makes me wonder what the ruling is going to be on it saying "Put all creature on the bottom of their owners library."

Bizarrely, one of the few Wrath-esque effects that Avacyn, Angel of Hope can't protect you against. Kinda strange, really, especially considering the name. "Terminus" implies they get, well, terminated.

"Once again, White gets the job done with its orbital laser (see also Gaze of Justice and Harm's Way)"

Also sunlance. One of these days there will be a card depicting the other side of the orbital laser. I have a gut feeling it is a care bear.

Yeah, this is going to be seeing play for a long time, even in Legacy. I mean, this on top of your library plus Brainstorm = a two mana wrath at instant speed. Brainstorm plus this in your hand = the same, just slightly delayed. And, it actually does something proactive to the board, unlike Temporal Mastery.

@Vspells77 Permanent cards are only considered to be the permanents they represent when on the battlefield. So creatures in the graveyard, hand, and library are actually creature cards; only when in play are they technically considered creatures. Minute difference, but that's how they can write it that way without affecting the graveyard.

"on the bottom of their owners library"

And suddenly, as if by miracle, all EDH decks felt a giant slap across their face.

...Are you for real? A 'creature' can only exist on the battlefield. In any other zone, it is card. Just a card.

Terminus is my bane. There just isn't much that can be done to defend against this. 'Bottom of library' is so much more brutal than the graveyard.

This card has an unbelievably cool name. Terminus means the end of something, like a road or rail-line, or in this case all creatures getting escorted straight to the "end" (bottom of library) of a deck.

Wicked name and wicked card.

One of the best sweepers in the game. Even without the miracle, it would be worth playing (not in as many decks, but definitely in some, especially multiplayer) the fact that it can be played for W is just demb.

Even ignoring the insane Miracle cost, this can be more useful than Wrath of God or Final Judgment if you have a lot of creature tutors.

How is this so low-rated? It can get rid of anything! Hexproof, indestructibility, none of it matters. It has the potential to be cast for 1 mana (and not that hard either) and it really hurts reanimation decks.
What's not to love?

In an unbanned modern world, this would be Cawblade's missing piece it never even needed. Jace w/ Squadron Hawk Jace w/ Miracles This w/ Squadron Hawk. I will stop talking now before the idea of that deck ever existing forces more bannings.

Whenever I hear people about how to make a creature almost untouchable, like with other cards that give it hexproof or indestructibility, my first thought of an answer to that is always Terminus.

In standard, this card doesn't care about Voice of Resurgence's elemental token, Lotleth Troll's regenerate, or Falkenrath Aristocrat's indestructibility.

I loooove cards like this. My fondness for no-creature decks partially contribute to this. Board wipers like this one, especially for ONE WHITE MANA, are just the kind of ENOUGH!!! spell that everyone should have on hand.

Sorry, guys. If you think this card is either balanced or fun, you've really lost touch with reality. With "miracle" cards abound, we may just as well just determine each game's outcome with the flip of a coin.

Reminds me of Final Judgment, which is a more radical solution, but the Miracle cost probably makes this better.

Really quite stupid for {w} which is really what miracle is all about anyways. This is one of the few that is just as powerful for 6 as for 1. It's also a welcome sight in a block that contains Avacyn, angel of Hope,Geist of Saint Traft and the like.

Surprisingly hard to play in a creature strategy, but welcome in a correctly built control deck. To those who consider this a skilless card, here are some tips and questions about its use:

1.) Know when to hold 'em. Terminus costs 6 if you have to pay for it normally, but that is a good deal better than using it when you have board advantage or, at times, when you can use targeted removal in your hand. Just because you draw something on its miracle doesn't always mean that its the correct time to use it. Having access to that board wipe a few turns later could be the difference between a win and a loss.

2.) Stack the deck. Scry is obviously very potent with miracles. Theros' revival of the mechanic brings new tools to use. Scry is a mechanic that takes some skill, you need to know what you need to draw, and whether you should just drop the whole stack onto the bottom of your deck is always a difficult question. Well, with miracle you also need to consider when to set up miracles. You could keep burying your terminus with your Crystal Ball until the time is right, or you could float it to the top when you are in need. When I scry 2 and don't see a miracle, I know I can quickly draw two cards without worrying about wasting a miracle. (Use loot effects to dump missed miracles in your hand.) Not seeing a miracle coming up can be as important as seeing one. Noxious Revival and Brainstorm also get shout-outs for being miracle enablers.

3.) Sculpt your draw. Just because you are playing miracles doesn't mean you have to give up on card drawing. You lose powerful tools like Howling Mine, Dark Confidant and Phyrexian Arena, so use Underworld Connections, Temple Bell, Desolate Lighthouse and the ever lovely Think Twice.
