Wonderful for tokens. I can already see tokens making a comeback (wolves, spirits, myr, golems, Parallel Lives...). But outside of mass creature decks, I'd be hesitant to use the ability. (with the ) seems a bit much unless you are getting 3+ counters or have nothing better to do with your mana. I'd put this right in the middle for usefulness out of this cycle.
That being said, this is the most useful among all the 'use' lands in Innistrad. Putting permanent boosts on all creatures you control at instant speed is always welcomed
Run just 1 or 2 in your G/W creature based decks as an alternative way to spend your mana

I'm calling it now- Commander staple for its use in token decks.

I'd be careful calling it the best of the utility land cycle, It really depends. In single-creature aggro decks Kessig Wolf Run tops it, but it's obviously the best for tokens and the like.

This card is bonkers good in Limited if you have enough creatures. Won me every game I drew it. What's more fun than getting an Abbey Griffin big enough to kill a Morbid Somberwald Spider? Getting two of them and an Ambush Viper to that size.

Definitely my favorite in this cycle. It really helps token decks.

Kessig Infect is at the spotlight right now, and until Inkmoth Nexus rotates out, it's hard to say which land is better. In limited, both Kessig Wolf Run and Gavony are beasts, Moorland Haunt is useful, if you can fuel it, and Nephalia Drownyard is good in the environment, but not so great outside it. The Bloodhall is probably the worst land right now, not useless, just overcosted. I don't think making it 2RB would break the game, or make it creature or player, as a 6 cost to use it doesn't make it so great a menace, specially since most standard decks are already expecting Shock. All in all, it's a great cycle, and better than seeing yet another set of dual allied lands.

This is definitely going in my Sigarda deck. What a great land.
It makes your mana dorks into actual threats. It makes your Obzedat beat their Thragtusk (or whatever). It can really turn the game in your favor.

Instead of my usual attempts at wit, I'd like to provide some analysis for this intriguing megacycle of lands from Innistrad, namely how said lands fit into the overall design of the block.
Analysis: are the primary colors of Humans in Innistrad, rather, the two colors that care about Human tribal. usually favor a creature-heavy deck build and Innistrad Humans do not disappoint. What this means is that individual support spells, while available in these colors, may not be the best means of supporting your Humans. One recurring theme among Innistrad's Humans is +1/+1 counter generation, seen on cards like Champion of the Parish, Elder Cathar, and Unruly Mob.
Gavony Township quite plainly supports your creatures by giving each one a +1/+1 counter whenever you activate its ability. The more creatures you control, the better.

Probably too slow for anything outside of EDH, but pretty amazing there.
Play alongside Mikaeus, the Lunarch, Melira, Sylvok Outcast, Juniper-Order Ranger to go really deep with your Kitchen Finks, Twilight Shepherd, and Woodfall Primus
Yes lands that can win you the game are O.o
