So, I was thinking Oriss, Samite Guardian. Orim's Chant is good too, although it does prevent you from attacking as well. Master Warcraft is pretty mean, but it doesn't protect the Staying Power from enchantment removal like the others. And Plagiarize is rather cruel as well. Oh, and Xanthid Swarm. Maybe to a lesser extent Turf Wound.

It would have been fun as a sorcery that read: "Until end of turn, "until end of turn" and "this turn" effects don't end."
Bushido, flanking, exalted, landfall +X/+X boosts, damage prevention in excess of your current needs, Thermal Flux, color change effects, fun with everything.
The Wild Mongrel in the art is multicolored because it was previously changed black and blue.

This is all kinds of nuts. I would say because it's in an Un-set, but who knows what madness future sets may bring?

I think it's kinda sad that this seems like it could be a real ability nowadays, with all the crazy planeswalkers and their ultimate emblems and whatnot.

Out of control! I'd love to see this at a fair mana cost printed in a legal format. 7 mana?

Last weekend I was playing EDH at a local store and my opponent had this out. I drew a Mindslaver and called a judge over to see if it would work, since the text technically says "next turn", not "this turn".
A judge came over and looked at the two cards, then called another, higher-level judge. The second judge came by, examined the table, and then simply said "I don't know, and you're a bad person."

blitzer090909: time warp doesnt give an extra turn until end of turn........ read cards before you comment.

Goes great with Righteousness, Jareth, Leonine Titan, and Hold the Line.
I especially love it with Angel's Grace and Insurrection. Sen Triplets so that you can play your opponent's hand on their turn.
The art is a Wild Mongrel~
