@Ceremonial: The shuffle back into library effect is a disadvantage for Commander/EDH. It's far easier to return a card from the graveyard to your hand, than tutoring it out of your library. Still a good card. But in Commander/EDH, it would be better without the shuffle part.
This isn't particularly comprehensive, but it's 11 strong cards off the top of my head without trying, And there is a lot more Graveyard Hate than Library Hate. While there is a good amount of milling off the top, there isn't a lot of looking through a player's library for specific stuff and hosing it before they can even draw it. I think Cranial Extraction was the first, maybe Haunting Echoes was. But anyway, if you want to get stuff out of your graveyard, you're going to have to fight against more Hate than if you pick anything else to do. If you want to, you can build an EDH deck that's over 30% Hate Graveyards.
Know why Griselbrand got banned? Because it made Storm so much of a sure thing in EDH it was a 3 turn combo to draw or tutor like your whole deck and then blast everyone at once. In White or Green, your statement would be True. In Blue and Black, Tutors and Draw >> Graveyard pulling. In Red....Red sucks. :P
You can steal stuff from your opponents graveyard too.

Awesome. Just awesome. Eventually you will play this, shuffle it back, and then top-deck it next turn for ultimate troll-lolls. I mean people can't even be mad at you for that.
