Easily one of the best Heroic enablers in the set. This card means business.

Amazing utility for an instant that requires just a single open Island. Whether they choose to block or choose to attack afterward, this'll have the same result regarding the overall openness of the opponent.

Monster in limited, great Heroic enabler, and it will grind your coffee too.
"No. I am not going to take it, I am going to block those. Heh, too bad for your vigilance. Oh, look, i have some heroic triggers... Yep.. one mana."

Good gods, this is efficient. A total of 6 toughness for {U} is already good, then it untaps the creatures for surprise value, then it locks down two enemy creatures (an effect that Frost Breath demands 4 mana for, even if it CAN target anything) as well? This card does so much for so little.

I feel like this card was designed to be complex just so you can say in a deep voice 'Tactics!' when this wins you a game or has a large impact.
It really is quite entertaining. Oh, and 'tactical'.

This is a great way to trigger Agent of fates. 5/5 :D
Forget heroic enabler, on it's own this is one hell of a trick. Love it, works well in defense but I reckon it'll just *** off anyone if you use Desecration Demon.
Hmmm *goes and builds a deck*

Such a versatile card. Check out what this card does:
Its an efficient combat trick. Puts opponent's creatures to sleep. Saves your creatures from lightning bolts. Helps your creatures scoff at the anger of the gods. (no easy task!)
One-mana awesomeness!

Less than a 4 rating, are you kidding me? This is almost the perfect blue heroic card.
Opponent about to exile Thassa and your triton fortune hunters who attacked last turn with Curse of the Swine because you just got 5 devotion? Use this to untap your tritons and use retraction helix with one of your tritons to bounce the other back to safety and save Thassa. Oh and you also got to draw 3 cards. I swung for game next turn thanks to the Spear of Heliod I drew into.
This card is nuts.

Someone's going about doing hate ratings. There's absolutely no downside to this card, at all. It's at least 4.

Anyone rating this under 5/5 does not understand the fact that it costs 1, is insanely versatile, slows down red substantially, makes creature trades 1 sided.
It's comparable to Crypsis.

Seriously this is made for phenax, god of deception!!! Play a couple of walls and use this to mill for an extra 20 for 1{U} !!!

If you use it on a freshly played creature, does that creature gain pseudo haste?

So, here's the skinny. Not only is this a good Heroic enabler, it's also an excellent Inspired enabler. Yes, I'd like to get my Disciple of Deceit and Arbiter of the Ideal effects for one mana. And it has already been mentioned he's fantastic with Phenax.

TWICE ( if you have two guys )
FOR 1 MANA
UNCOMMON
4.5/5 ( doesn't help blockers much, but Dimir Heroes is looking sweet. )
- Costs only U
- Untaps two creatures*
- Extra +0/+6 across those creatures
- Targets, can be used for Heroic
- Sleeps attackers
*Note that you can use this effect favorably with some other cards. Witches' Eye comes to mind for Limited.
Elite Arcanist Zhur-Taa Druid.can get it on third turn with Messenger's Speed and Elvish Mystic. nine cards including lands and three colors but possible
