When equipped creature dies, put an extra eyeball counter on target Jar of Eyeballs.

Does it creep anyone else out that all your creatures have one eyeball they all pass around?

@Lazeca_Seifus

It gets weirder when you have four eyes on one creatures.

For even more weirdness, put them on an Eye creature.

It may not be a great equipment, but the idea of an eye that my creatures pass each other hand by hand is one of the most ilarious! Even better than the Jar of Eyeball

I'm actually surprised they didn't print a Witches' Tooth, just to continue the theme. I guess it'd be, "Sacrifice a creature: gain X life", but then it'd be too basic, and too comparable to Bubbling Cauldron.

I say this because in the myth, three witches had one eye and one tooth to share among each other. Perseus, the dude who was tasked to kill Medusa, had to go to these witches to learn of her location. He did this by stealing the eye and threatening to crush it if they didn't tell him.

Moral of the story: Bullying and coercion is fine, as long as they look like they deserve it.

Reminds me of this one song...

"I roll my eyeballs back and take a look at my brain / I realize I'm Traumatized, two-thirds insane"

I love all the ones in this card!
One eye.
One mana to cast.
One mana to equip.
One mana and one tapped creature to activate.
Scries for one.
And of course...
Its rating is one out of five!

Kind of frustrating to look at.

The equip cost and/or the scry cost should have been for free and/or the effect should have been scry 2.
Although scry 1 could be kept for flavor reasons. Talking about flavor, even the artwork explicitly shows the eye getting passed around, so why do the costs make it so discouraging to do?
Letting the creature scry just by tapping it would have made this decent I think. Pass it around for 1 each and let your creatures tell your future.

But like that you need a creature without summoning sickness to tap and three mana to even just scry 1, and even using it on two creatures in one turn will cost you 4 and be worse than a single scry 2... Ugh.

Was Darksteel Pendant too powerful or something?

I think with enough creatures and mana this could seriously power up a Flamespeaker Adept...but beyond that, it's kinda lame...

limited filler. Should not have a mana cost to use the ability!

My same thoughts. Any of the costs on this card could have been reduced by {1} or scry increased to 2, and people would have given this card a second look. It's always a shame to see cards like these that had potential, but were nerfed or changed at the last minute (or just beaten by the "rarity stick") so far as to be unplayable.

Much better with the advent of Inspired.

Although now, presumably, it can be destroyed with Eye Gouge.

Seems like it could be very useful with Pain Seer.
