5/5 because I love Chippy art. It also isn't that bad.

I'd play this over Fangren Firstborn, just because it becomes a 4/4, instead of a 5/3, and i'd rather have that extra +0/+1

I didn't know Gruul had women like that. So clean! - and gorgeous.

It's secret flavor text says "Run me in evolve decks!"

The Gruul definitely seem to have a monopoly on cuties. Pretty good for what it's meant to do (i.e. bash face with a bunch of other creatures).

As a {R}{G} player since my first days of Magic I'm not surprised at this point that other guilds got Boros Reckoner and Nightveil Specter while we had to pay an extra colorless for our equivalent.

It's secret flavor text says "Run me in battalion decks!"

Fixed that for you.

When you are on the attack, this is at worst a 4/4 for 4. The 1/1 counters can also work well in Simic if need be.

Beautiful art on a good card. Plays super well with the Boros too.

Nacatl War-Pride, arrange the stack properly. Win. (though both cards are good enough not to need such fun shinanigans.)

I highly doubt Gruul women are that pretty. In fact, I'm pretty sure they all look like Borborygmos.

Don't underestimate the damn thing. I got it to 16/16 without breaking a sweat. Needs trample though, to see it chump blocked is a crying shame.

MVP in my prerelease pool. Well, I mean, she always drew their best removal spell right before attacking... but that's a deal at four mana, right?

Never got a single counter on her :(

Naya humans looking pretty good, assuming that you shell out for a non-clunky mana base. Beyond my slender means, but a fellow can dream.

@pedrodyl: It's fantasy, all women are slender fair skinned beauties regardless of occupation or what inhospitable nightmare world they inhabit.

Anyways, this is pretty much gold for Warrior decks. Can give it trample very easily.

The colors might make sense outside of block, but in-block, it should have been red-white, so it could be used with Battalion. At least you can pay 1RRR in red-white decks.

I don't think quite as good for gruul as for either boros or rakdos. Hell even selesnya might get more use out of her. Still neat though.

This card wins games. If it had trample, I think it'd be a bit OP. Yes, you do need to have a field presence to use it effectively. And yes it dies to removal. But I hit my opponent with three creatures (including the Raiders) and then bloodrushed a Ghor-Clan Rampager onto it. The Raiders pumped into a 10/10 with trample!!! Very good, even by itself because it can at least still pump up.

Ohh, I can definitely see this being used alongside Champion of Lambholt in a humans deck.

I pulled this in a draft and ended up running it, making my Boros deck a Naya deck instead. Mana fixing wasn't that big of an issue with Guildgates and the one Stomping Grounds I pulled, and it worked so beautifully with Boros and its batallion abilities. This card is responsible for getting me to second place in that draft.

Honorary membership in Golgari has been extended to this fair young lass. Oh the +1/+1 tomfoolery that would be going on with a couple Corpsejack's and a Golgari Decoy on the field with her...

I really think this card fits the simic theme better.

An incredible card that captures the Gruul metality perfectly. What doesn't kill the raiders literally makes them stronger, over and over again. Pricing it at the exact same cost as my good friend Boartusk Liege only makes it that much better.

Also, Burning-Tree Emissary, Disciple of the Old Ways, and this are a trifecta of Gruul hotness. Best guild ever? Damn right it is.

This would have made sense if it said "other attacking creatures" but the way it is makes it a focus card that you have to send all your energy to or you're toast quickly.

She can get very big very quickly, in gruul you have both access to several things that give haste and Rancor to supply pump and trample. Why this isn't valued more highly I don't know.

A much more selfish Fangren Firstborn.

I can see it now... it's terrifying.
Gruul all-creature-and-land decks centered around this and Ruic Thar the Unbounded from the Dragon's Maze spoilers.
*shudder*

A nice new toy for Naya humans, any Naya aggro deck, or even a Selensya deck. I like using it to either curve out my Naya decks or slot it right below Zealous Con***s. It functions well in Naya Blitz as it will pump up your Champion of the Parish and will evolve your Experiment Ones. Mix it with Boros Charm or Selesnya Charm and things can get nasty pretty fast. Yes, it's a bit much to get out for a human, but the fact that it can be 1GGG, 1RRR, or any combination of those in between, so it's not a super slow, inefficient card mana wise. All in all, a nice card.

Thatchers' Revolt makes this card an 8/8. If there was a way to combine it with Kessig Cagebreakers this could be off the hook! Krenko and a way to give all your creatures Haste doesn't bear thinking about.

Gentlemen please, this is Return to Ravnica block we're talking about here. Why not both?

I love this card when it's combined with Rune of the Deus

Turn four drop Rubblebelt as a 3/3
Turn five Drop Runes on to Rubblebelt to make it a 5/5 double strick trampler and swing all out. I have won so many games that way.

Goes nicely with white decks, even if there isn't a in it's mana cost. Selesnya for the sheer amount of creatures, Boros with less creatures but they'll make sure it gets to attack a lot. It might even pop up in aggro Simic or Golgari decks, if they want to use the counters to their advantage.

One of these in play activates the Xenagos god
Lord_of_Tresserhorn

This card may suddenly become important with Xenagos, God of Revels! It turns to a 7/7 haste that becomes 9/9 at least next turn if you use Xenagos on it again.

Also, it does NOT turn on devotion for Xenagos, all minor gods need seven devotion (and contribute two on their own), not five.

Provides 3 devotion (not 6!) for Xenagod. Oh well.

Not sure why it hasn't seen any play yet. Seems pretty strong for a low-cost aggro deck combined with burning tree emissaries and devotion cards.
