Ameisenmeister: This doesn't have 'nontoken' clause, so I think 1 more mana is worth being able to cast it turn after turn without diminishing returns, if opponent wipes repeatedly.
Green aggro FINALLY got their answer to wrath spells. Token decks will love this little gem. The color green has needed this card for YEARS now, just like black needed Go For The Throat for a long time. Just sack a ton of Eldrazi tokens with casting this bad boy, and you will have an army like nobody's business!

Put this in a deck that uses a lot of Eldrazi spawns. Get out your Hand of Emrakul by saccing the tokens and pull this out for a lot of 3/3 beasts.

You need to be holding back 4 mana to use it, but I could still see this being completely awesome at the using phyrexian rebirth after a white sun zenith or a conqueror's pledge. I don't think it will see as much play as everyone believes though. Chances of you holding back 4 mana just at the moment your opponent wraths is not so high, and if you are doing the wrathing it costs you 8 - 10 mana. One thing of interest to note is that it works when a creature goes into your graveyard from anywhere including discard, and mill. Potentially, you could mill yourself, let it recycle with an eldrazi, and while it's on the stack use this card to put 20 or so beasties into play.

You thought ashnod's alter was good with mitotic slime? how about we nearly double the manaoutput or just put out 7 3/3s while generating 10 free mana. Sweet.
Also note that it's instant speed. Against board sweepers keep this baby around to "counter" wraths, xanthrid demons, havoc demons, carnifex demons, extinctions, etc etc etc. Myriad ways to lose your token army. Turn em into 3/3's because your enemy's a jerk! :D
Compare to Caller of the Claw. Then use both. You can stick Caller of the Claw on Mimic Vat, and it's easier to recur in general. But for overall effectiveness:cost, this is definitely better in my mind.

Anyone still play jund? Just devour a couple of tokens, attack with a big fatty, they multi block to kill him, then grin as you gently throw down this. Next turn, attack with the tokens you pooped out (they no longer have many blockers because of the previous turn), then when the beasts have served the purpose...eat them and continue the cycle!

Very nice card, in most cases better then caller of the claw in an elf or green deck. It doesn't have the initial creature like caller of the claw but it gives you creatures for tokens dying and the beasts are 3/3s compared to the 2/2 bears.

Use with Asmira, Holy Avenger in an eldrazi spawn deck to benefit multiple ways from the creatures going to the graveyard.
Usual you won't be able to cast this spell in response to a wrath of god, since your opponent will know that you're able to cast a response spell, if you have 4 mana unused. Therefore, it's the typocal "abuse me" card... and there are enough possibilities.

fresh meats best friend is phyrexian rebirth. i have a multiplayer deck around this combination, having a 30/30 with 30 3/3's brings your true pride out. --- enjoy!!!

I was running a green black zombie tokens deck, I had Parallel lives out with around 6 zombie tokens and a few other zombies. I blocked his Geist-honored Monk with all my Zombies and tokens (looking to kill it with extra damage just to be sure), then he used Vault of the Archangel's Deathtouch ability. He lost the next turn.
