Please help. =(

Viable even outside of EDH, I like it.

Yeah, you can buff up your kobolds, but then they have to actually HIT them. I say slap down a Raid Bombardment early on and a Fervor if you got it, then swing with all of 'em, hit for 6, then sac them all to this big guy here to give him +6/+0.

Yet no new Kobold lords... *tear*

Forget sacrificing the Kobolds to Prossh. Use them to attack! Drop Beastmaster Ascension and you've got 40 damage when all seven of your creatures swing.
With Prossh as your commander, use Food Chain for unlimited Kobolds AND unlimited mana (if you choose) and take out every opponent at once with a massive Kobold army (and something to make them do damage)!
The sheer amount of things you can do with these Kobolds is astounding (I won't list them all, would take all day). UNLEASH THE FURY OF THE KOBOLDS!

Coat of Arms the the turn before this and you have 6 5/6 Kobols... super obvious but also super value.

Friends with Kresh the Bloodbraided. While both can go infinite, Posh has flying, is a dragon (for tribal purposes), and is itself a sac outlet. Plus it doesn't keep its high power all the time In case some one gains control of it.

@Flyheight I would say Karrthus is rather risky with the new legends rule. Imagine, you build up a massive army of terrible dragons. Your opponents are cowering before your might, and then some blue mage drops a Clone or some variant. In the end it all comes down to personal taste really, but every blue player I see has a clone variant. Heck I have an entire edh deck focused on clones.
@Flyheight Karthuss will benefit more as your lieutenant in this situation. Prossh has the added benefit of getting better by being recast from the command zone. Otherwise, run both!

My favorite new Commander. "Creature breathing" might not be the most practical way to get damage across the board, but when you only need 21 points of damage to win token decks suddenly become much more disgusting.

Prossh is pretty cool guy, feeds his good buddy Thromok Kobolds.
Finally an inexpensive, crummy legend from Legends gets his day in the sun. Seriously, check that card out. He looks so lazy and bored.

Swing with Fallen Angel to increase blocking headaches with players with only one flier out :)

@Silverosx "With Prossh as your commander, use Food Chain for unlimited Kobolds AND unlimited mana "
Remember, Food Chain is unlimited mana for creature spells only. That's why Fecundity is a good inclusion with the deck, as you can draw unlimited cards as well. Draw until you hit the Blood Artist for game. Add Aluren to perform this during your opponents turn. :D
@Flyheigh: Prossh is no good commander for a Dragon deck. He has no real synergy with other Dragons, besides his creature type. Or would you sacrifice seven mana Dragons to give him +1/+0 ?
Karthuss on the other hand gives all Dragons you control haste, that is a really huge thing. Then Karthuss also has that other ability, that sometimes finds its use.
Prossh wouldn't be terrible in said drago deck,he still can eat his own tokens, but that would not satisfy me in a Dragon Deck. He would fit better in a devour-jund deck or something really token heavy.

So if it says "When you CAST Prossh" Does that mean even if it gets countered, you'll still get the Kobolds? I'd imagine so because if you look at Young Pyromancers rulings, it says you get the token before it even resolves, plus it says cast. If this is true, then this is possibly the best General and most insane. My friend had Ogre Battledriver out and it was not fun. Rediculous and fun commander. 5/5/
Great commander for a token edh. Also has great synergy with Grave Pact and Fresh Meat. As for the tokens, you can just use regular Kobolds of Kher Keep; they're identical to the tokens that Prossh makes.

I really wish Prossh was worded more like Jeleva. Jeleva's wording is that when she etb's, only then do you exile cards equal to the mana spent to cast her. This means that if you counter her, the cards don't get exiled. You can also Torpor Orb/Humility Jeleva to stop the exile trigger.
With Prossh's wording you will get the tokens even if he gets countered (you need to stifle the token producing ability), and playing Humility/Torpor Orb doesn't stop the player from getting tokens either, and it's so difficult to deal with the tokens in a properly designed Prossh deck. The only efficient way to deal with the tokens is to kill them pre-emptively, such as with Elesh Norn or Curse of Death's Hold, because if you play a cheap sweeper after Prossh is out, a good Prossh player will have extra sac outlets to still get a bonus. Because Prossh is also his own sacrifice outlet, it's much harder to deal with any other creatures on his field. I think Cartel Aristocrat has proven how strong sac outlets are, and that's a boring bear, while Prossh is a 5/5 dragon smasher.
The big thing with Prossh is of course the tokens. For example, Food Chain + Prossh is infinite mana because you can sac tokens for 1 mana and Prossh brings more tokens everytime it's cast. Sadistic Hypnotist + Prossh = discard 14 cards (12 if you just sac 6 tokens). Purphoros + Prossh = each opponent takes 14 damage. Grave pact/dictate of erebos + Prossh = each opponent basically has no more creatures. Prossh + Fecundity = you draw a ton of cards. And that's just scratching the surface. But the other problem is that even if you can deal with the tokens or the engines in the deck, Prossh is still a 5/5 flier with a cheap power pump.
Prossh isn't broken because it doesn't have blue and therefore has no access to counterspells, but in multiplayer EDH it's shaping up to be a top tier general, I'd say at least a top 10 general. There are many ways to build Prossh and it takes multiple spells in succession to knock a Prossh deck out of the game. It's hard to efficiently deal with Prossh because it's resilient, but it can also be explosive.
The only way to take out a Prossh deck is either be a faster combo deck (not easy to do since Prossh decks often win the moment they cast Prossh or 1 turn after, assuming there's no disruption) or be a stax deck that restricts mana. If you can kill Prossh the first time and then lock down that player's mana, he won't reach 8-mana to recast Prossh and often that knocks him out of the game. If you just try to trade 1-for-1 blows with the Prossh deck, it'll come out on top because of how much value every Prossh cast generates. Tucking Prossh isn't even a great solution either because BG gives many good tutors to get him back out (demonic/vampiric tutor, fauna shaman, survival of the fittest, birthing pod, etc).

or what the heck, Purphoros, God of the Forge!
also, notice that Primal Vigor is in the same box?
these decks should come with tokens! (or calculators)

Turn 4: Madrush Cyclops
Turn 6: This card, swing for 48.
- Replace the Cyclops with Ogre Battledriver and you're swinging for 62.
