A one-sided Fog/Holy Day with an improved version of Vitalize (unless some of the creatures have shroud). And unblocked attackers can be untapped as well to prevent any combat damage. Not too shabby.
The easiest use of this would be attacking with all creatures and surprise your opponent when he attacks, but i think this card has more potential.
This might work quite well with Sky Hussar to buy some time (without card disadvantage) - even better should your creatures have -abilities like and/or profit from blocking like Perimeter Captain - especially those that would normally just survive a single combat (or not as easily), like Goldenglow Moth, or Kaijin of the Vanishing Touch, Vertigo Spawn and Psychic Membrane. Wooly Razorback also ain't bad since its damage would be prevented anyways (regarding the use for card advantage with Sky Hussar now), and it synergizes with another creatures that goes well with the Hussar, Leech Bonder.
The possibility of mass targeting can also be easily abused with Horobi, Death's Wail or (to stay in the colors) Cowardice. Livewire Lash should also work nicely. Cephalid Illusionist interestingly also triggers from that, and a -ability that does the same as Energy Arc's damage prevention for a single creature.
One of the forgotten underrated cards of Alliances. It is one of my favorites as it is cheap and extremely flexible. Play it on your turn during combat on your creatures after combat to untap them, or opponent's creatures to use as a fog, or anytime to re-use any tap abilities. Tastes excellent served on an Isochron Scepter.
