It's decent. I'm not the biggest fan of walls, but I could see this being useful if I was limited to blue (therefore no AEther membrane) and wanted a decent wall

It might be a bit underpowered in toughness to continue blocking and drawing cards, but maybe we can make some effort to change that. Slagwurm Armor was in the same block, right? And Echo Circlet comes from the same plane!

This is mainly fun with -X/-0 spells in blue, since it effectively causes them to cantrip.
