This is one of the best dragons ever conceived of. I feel like it will be in every pre-constructed dragon based deck from now on. I wouldn't mind new card art someday, but overall my favorite non-legend dragon

Nice card, and currently the second highest rated creature in the game. Very expensive though... You would have to structure your deck specifically to pump him out.

Uhm, he does not have haste. He comes out with 7 cmc (freakin slow) and you have to have other dragons (more slow cards) to make use of his ability. All that so he can be doom bladed or something. Any dragon left uncheck is scary, this is just overkill. But you dont see pros using this at tournys, because hes just too slow and too easy to kill.

My friend uses this in his Zirilan of the Claw EDH deck, and it is a brutal, brutal beating whenever it comes out. Tap for ~9 damage to target creature or player each turn? Seems good. Kills the Silklash Spider my Doran deck has that otherwise can hold the dragons at bay.
On the other hand, this is my favorite card to grab with Life's Finale while I'm playing Mimeoplasm. Just 5 mana for an 11/11 flier with {T}: Deal 6 damage to target creature or player in a BUG deck? Dream come true.

Zirilan of the Claw, Dragonstorm, Scion of the Ur-Dragon and Hivis of the Scale only help you acquire dragons in play or the graveyard, which will NOT amplify the Kilnmouth.
