So you can make a guy either more likely to get in or keep your opponents guys from getting in. Sweet in limited.

I saw this guy on Innistrad's Most Wanted once. In all seriousness, though, this is amazing utility for Limited and I can see any deck running green using this.
JRE47 mentioned Wolfhunter's Quiver which makes a neat combination, but you're far more likely to see the this combined with Lightning Prowess which is from the same set.

I wish the art wasn't so...disgusting. Seems like a really fun card, but wow, i hate looking at it.
He basically acts like an aura, that is more easily removed, but less likely to cause card disadvantage. I guess in usefulness, they are between auras and equipment. If you have a lot of pingers or first strikers in your deck, this guy is pretty neat. Otherwise, he is not.

Good with any first- or doublestriker for obvious reasons.
Eh, it remains to be seen what impact, if any, the Soulbond mechanic will have outside of Limited/Standard. My guess is that these cards will be relegated to the same place as all those Soulshift cards. Still, it could make for a fun casual deck.

This and Ashmouth Hound are fun together.

Dr. Hector Hammond, i presume? I think this guy explores the idea of soulbond as kind of a one time shot, most likely giving another lowly token or 1/1 the ability to take something larger down with it.
T1: Somberwald Vigilante T2: Nightshade Peddler T3: Lure T4+: Destroy all untapped creatures defending player controls.
I know it is very vulnerable to removal, but it could be a lot of fun in casual.

Relevant that he's the only soulbond two-drop in green or blue.

The flavor on this card eludes me. I get the fact that he supplies others with deadly poison, but he can't use it without a customer? Does nightshade come in two-for-one packs or something?
Caldera Hellion just got a lot nastier with this, hit's up this dude for his nightshade fix, then deals deathtouch damage to everything (including himself, but it's a board wipe so fair enough).

You gotta pair this up with Predator Ooze. Ends up being an incredible combination.

I can see this being really entertaining with Inferno Titan. Probably not a good way to keep your friends though.
In casual constructed, I have been having a lot of fun soulbonding this with Ronin Cliffrider! Every time he attacks he deals deathtouch damage to all your opponents creatures before even starting combat.
"Nothing I don't supply. Something is my specialty. Anything is what you get here. No trace, no odor, no taste, no way to detect its presence. And it's sure."
I didn't know how soulbond worked until it was explained to me. "Another unpaired creature" means another creature, which is also unpaired, just like this guy. NOT Another creature, which is unpaired. I really thought you could pass his deathtouch around as you played new creatures. Much less satisfying, but still good.

Wait...that's an amanita he's holding, not some sort of nightshade...
