My wish to run hordes of generic zombies has come true. Magic never really did that before. They liked to go with highly stylized zombies. Now we can overwhelm our opponents with hordes of the undead the way we were meant to.

@IvoRosa 21 You forget about Cemetery Reaper, which is in Standard now. Sure, your zombies won't have deathtouch, but who cares? Also, Cemetery Reaper gives you more zombies!
I desperately want at least one copy of this card, if not four. Kind of funny that Zombie Infestation, Jace, Memory Adept, and Mind Unbound were printed in M12, and Army of the Damned is in the same set. If I play sealed and happen to get this and Army of the Damned, I will play zombies. And I will win.

This is totally sick, though it does need two zombies already in play on your side to get kicking.
Remember Breeding Pit? Same CMC, but you had to pay upkeep to keep it alive and just got 0/1 creatures of a tribe which did not get a lot of support anyway.
Awakening Zone was already much better, costing only 3 CMC, no upkeep, and giving you the ever useful Eldrazi Spawn.
But this... Wow. Just Wow.
Also, sick in combo with Essence of the Wild - spit out loads of 6/6 avatars for nothing!
EDIT: @ICEFANG13: Yeah, I just realized that myself. :( Soooo, add Conspiracy, make Essence a Zombie, and it works. ;)

Breeding Pit is also the first card I thought of when I saw this.
Great card, but I dislike it, any deck that even kinda runs zombies will get a great benefit from this, a free creature every turn is just great, it would be better (or worse I guess) and more flavorful if it removed creatures in graveyards when it activated.
Still a great card, nucking futs. 5/5
Oh yeah this card is horrible with Essence of the Wild they cards that come into play are not Zombies and don't activate this card.

I opened up one of these and Rooftop Storm at the Prerelease. To my dismay as I looked through the rest of the cards from my packs, the only zombies I had were two Skaab Goliaths and a Rotting Fensnake. WHY? WHAT DID I DO TO DESERVE THIS?
Ah well. It's amazing artwork, and I'm definitely look forward to getting more Zombies to go with it in Constructed...

this card has amazing art, but it is not that good. i'm not sure why everyone thinks this is so good. it is so incredibly slow, and if you get wrathed, you start from square one. you need it to stay on board until your upkeep and you also need to keep 2 zombies on the field to net even 1. play this and you will see it is too slow to be truly effective. it might seem good if the opponent isn't interacting with you at all, but if that's the case you should probably just play solitaire.
I vastly overrated this card, and i think most of you are doing the same. It wasn't until I tried playing with it tonight at the prerelease that I realized that this card has the potential to do nothing. I paid four mana for it, and even though all but one of my creatures was a zombie, I got a total of two zombies from it altogether...and that was spread out between the two games it managed to stay in my deck. Terrible limited card.
Hopefully it will be a vastly different story in constructed.

This card is the embodiment of everything that zombies stand for. Thanks to Innistrad, my Legacy zombie deck is going to make a triumphant return with a slew of amazing new cards (Army of the Damned, Endless Ranks of the Undead, Unbreathing Horde, even Undead Alchemist). 5/5, I could give it that much on the art alone.

Sometimes when I'm winning, I feel I could be WINNING MORE.
Don't get me wrong, this card is cool as heck, just don't expect it to win you any games that you haven't already won. By the time you have 4 zombies out and can actually start 'going off' with this card, well, wouldn't you have probably beaten them to death with the 4 zombies?
Super cool card, possibly useful in a slow, attrition-based matchup. Other than that, vastly overrated.
Now, to wait for the sad-pandas to rate me 0.5/5 because their pet card had bad words said about it.

I'm a fan of doing three colors in a deck because, quite frankly, I've nearly perfected it.
This card works well in a black, green, and bue deck for these reasons:
First, low-cost zombies, such as the Walking corpse and Diregraf Ghoul, help with immediate spawning. And Moan of the Unhallowed lends a hand when starting your game with Endless Ranks of the Undead out.
Second, Parallel Lives or Doubling Season doubles the output this card produces. One eldless with two parallel produces four times the output of this card ( ((1x2)2)=4 ). One endless with three parallel produces eight times the output. One Endless with four parallel produces sixteen times the output. Two endless with four parallel produces 32 times more. Three endless with four parallel produces 48 times more. And finally four endless with four parallel produces 64 times the zombies you'll get. You do the math.
Third, if your concerned about having the land to do this, just add Rampant Growth or other means to search your library for land, and add some mana producing non-land permanents to do the job.
Fourth, for those who like to mill or take advantage, Undead Alchemist and Paradox Haze will work perfectly for you. Not only do you double your upkeep with paradox, but you'll trigger the endless twice, three, four, and even five times if you get that far. Undead Alchemist explains itself.
Doing a triple-colored deck is not an easy thing to learn, so I don't suggest doing all of this if you're concerned, or you can be a rebel to yourself and do it anyways. The effects are beautiful when it's in action. Enjoy! =)

What I like to do with my deck is Mix this with Rooftop Storms, and As many Undead Alchemists as is allowed. :) SOOOOO MANY ZOMBIES :D and if you throw a Grimgrin in there you have a creature constantly gaining +1/+1 whenever it attacks. and if you sacrifice a creature you can untap the bastard AND put a +1/+1 on him. Combination is perfect. :)

This helped me a lot when I was playing a round of Two-Headed Giant. Other team had 2 Propagandas out... Slowing the game. My opponents, more concerned with my team mate's angel deck (Baneslayer Angel) and under the impression that MY creatures no longer represented any threat, enabled me to build up. I then cycled Gempalm Polluter for MASSIVE loss of life. =p

@Liquidprism 1647129056757192 damage The actual math is pretty simple even though the numbers are huge. Since you have 2 parallel Lives out, each ERD trigger gets quadrupled, so each trigger effectively triples your zombies, with 3 ERD's and 5 turns you end up with 2(3^15) zombies. Since there are 2 coat of arms it actually makes the math a little bit simpler, at least for putting into a calculator. Since the power added by each is the number of zombies minus 1, you can effectively forget about the original power of the zombie and say that it's the number of zombies times 2. So your final math equation is (2*(3^15))(4*(3^15)) which gives you the absurdly large number above.
