kinda goes against the whole idea of most goblin decks which is get out the warcheif and lords and then pump out crap loads of 1/1 goblins which sudden'ly become 5/5's is nice however that it works equally as well in a sapo or soldier weeny deck

There seems to be a lot more weenie support than I originally expected from this set.

does it work if you swing with your mini tokens and then pump them with gigantomancer?

@Agadeem_Dragon: Yes, so long as it attacks while it is still <=2 it will deal the one damage. Then you will have a chance to use gigantomancer before the combat damage is actually dealt.

Well I think it goes insanely well in a properly built goblin deck as it somewhat nullifies an opponents defense especially when getting the last few points of damage really counts. Add Goblin Shortcutter, the Smouldering Spires land, and Goblin Tunneler/Warren Instigator combo and it can get real nasty real fast.

Does it do damage for each creature below power 2 or less that attacks?
Nobody seems to know if its really so..

Yes each attacking small creature triggers the effect. So if e.g. 2 1/1 goblins attack, you get 2 triggers, if 4 0/1 spawns attack, you get 4 triggers, each doing the 1 damage.
Works well with Beastmaster Ascencion - many littles get to the 7 swings needed to make everyone +5/+5 rapidly...
turn 1 goblin guide swing for 2 turn 2 dragon fodder swing for 2 turn 3 raid bombardment swing 7 turn 4 goblin bushwacker with kicker swing for 12 (hopefully you have burn in hand turn 4 to kill any defending creatures)
also this card is wonderful with goblin as-sault had a fun game with 2 goblin as-saults and 2 raid bombardments its useful and works efficiently especially with multiple copy's out

A very efficient Chandra's Spitfire trigger, leading to a Turn 4 win if an Ember Haulers is in play.

Four of these with Goblin Chirurgeon is always cause for laughter when you can have a 0/2 creature deal 4 damage to your opponent.

This + Chandra's Spitfire is game over. Each creature you attack with (including itself) gives it +3/+0 and then you can fling it if you want.
Something that hasn't been mentioned is how well it works with Quest for Pure Flame . Swing with four+ creatures and the Quest can be used for combat damaged the turn it's put out. Good finisher like Beastmaster Ascension for an aggro deck without green.

Not especially powerful, but kinda funny with Gustcloak Runner and the other Gustcloak creatures from Onslaught. If your opponent blocks, just get them out of there, but they've already triggered the bombardment.
Hmm. Definite pros and cons vs. Goblin Wardriver. Do you want to boost your army's combat damage turn by turn for {RR} (I really wish we had good dudes with double strike in standard), or do you want to be more selective on how you assign your damage with this enchantment version of Prodigal Pyromancer that only pings when your dudes attack?

@DacenOctavio Why not run both? You get to put the triggers on the stack in any order you wish, so just have the Raid trigger after all your Battle Cries. It actually works quite well with Battle Cry, because instead of whipping all your 1/1 weenies into fatal blocks just to get some Raid damage, you can take out potential blockers with your power-boosted army. I run 4 Raids in a R/W Battle Cry deck and it works wonderfully, especially with Squadron Hawks getting in for loads of damage.
There's a lot of people pointing out Chandra's Spitfire and I feel one little thing should be clarified for people who read it and go "yeah it's okay I suppose". The more spitfires you attack with, the better this card is. Attacking with one Spitfire will activate Raid Bombardment 1 time, giving the spitfire +3/+0. Attacking with two Spitfires will activate Raid Bombardment 2 times, giving them both +6/+0 each. Add a few other weak creatures into the attack and suddenly your spitfires are doing incredibly nasty stuff.
Add another Raid Bombardment to the mix for extra good times.

A really nice card that has the ability to put your opponent on tenderhooks before the block phase, especially useful with cards like Jund Battlemage, Chandra's Spitfire and Quest for Pure Flame (4 creatures and it boosts up to max counters ;) )
Of course, if you're running the Vault, you MIGHT as well play Sorin, Lord of Innistrad as well.
While mono-red Goblins is certainly the most Conventional use of tihs card, I'm going to have to say White-Black-Red EpicNess looks a Hell of a lot more badass. Just for Teh Lulz, see if you can work in Kaalia of the Vast for some real overkill. xD

Turn 1: Raging Goblin, swing for 1
Turn 2:Spawning Breath, for 1
Turn 3: Brood Birthing
Turn 4: Raid Bombardment
Turn 5: Brood Birthing + Kicked Goblin Bushwhacker.
Raid bombardment triggers for 9 and you're swinging for 11. Brutal. Throw in some Lightning Bolts and you have yourself a deck sir.
turn 1 goblin guide swing for 2
turn 2 dragon fodder swing for 2
turn 3 raid bombardment swing 7
turn 4 goblin bushwacker with kicker swing for 12 (hopefully you have burn in hand turn 4 to kill any defending creatures)
