Before the ownership rule changed, I wanted to build a deck where I gave someone some creature tokens (which I owned) using a Ravnica hunted creature and then Mirrorweave my Bronze Bombshell. It would've been very slow and impractical but also funny as hell. I was excited about Endless Whispers until I noticed that the creature doesn't come back until end of turn (not immediately).
That is probably my favorite flavor text of all time haha. Not a bad card, I would probably prefer a 3/2 but a card that can't be taken or can be donated later for 7 direct damage is a good thing.
Wait a second! So if I borrow this card from a friend and use it in my deck...

Pert: "Owner" is a game term defined in the rules. From the comprehensive rules:
"The owner of a card in the game is the player who started the game with it in his or her deck. If a card is brought into the game from outside the game rather than starting in a player’s deck, its owner is the player who brought it into the game. If a card starts the game in the command zone, its owner is the player who put it into the command zone to start the game. Legal ownership of a card in the game is irrelevant to the game rules except for the rules for ante."
Gentlemen, the ultimate combo (hilarious in multiplayer):
Have a Bronze Bombshell on the field that you own. Tap all your lands. Be sure to make it seem like you aren't doing it for any particular reason. You'll need mana for later. Cast Thieves' Auction and take all their non-creatures, while they greedily take each others Eldrazi or other ridiculous creatures. Nobody will want to take your Bombshell, which is fine. Take it back for yourself if you suspect someone is on to your plan. After the entire board has had its creatures shuffled, cast Mirrorweave. Target the Bronze Bombshell you own with Mirrorweave. Sit back while all the powerful creatures people stole from each other explode.
@TheWrathofShane: Horrible example, this isn't a great card, but its way better than that combo. You are probably already playing donate effects with this, Lava Axe + Reverberate is you need all at once. and Bombshell is a creature too. Attack them for 4, then donate it if they block. Also you can use effects that trade permanents like cultural exchange. Also damage is pretty rare in blue, which can combo with this.
I love this card, the art, the name, the ability and the flavor text are all great. I can totally see the Izzet making constructs with a bomb for an anti-theft device.
