2) Never played EDH, have ya? I'm building an aggressive Ib Halfheart, and blowing up one creature for a 4 or less toughness one-sided boardwipe is pretty delicious. And reusable? Just gravy for EDH.

My favorite target with it is Darksteel Colossus. I think the mask is underrated, it can break a creature stalemate wide open.

Nice. This combos with so many good cards. Ib halfheart, anything with deathtouch, your favourite murderous basilisk...you name it.

Ah EDH General...how are you my friend. Now normally my dear sweet Azusa is not a terribly menacing presence, at least not as far as victory through general damage is concerned. But something truly magical happens, when she wears this mask in the presence of her good green friend and ally Vigor. Hey you over there...yes you...the one safe within the confines of their castle of 100+ power worth of creatures holding back for defensive purposes as retribution to any who would dare attack. I have want of your assistance...no...no you don't have a choice in the matter, YOU WILL HELP ME. Now following a brawl of such massive proportions, and coming out decidedly on top, I feel it may be prudent to disappear for a while to avoid any unwanted attention. You all may want to sleep with your lights on tonight...because I...am...coming.

Oh and please...don't bother trying to swarm me. Just what color do you think I am? And don't forget that he is still here no?

Thank you for indulging my role-play (not that you had a choice in the matter, but eh...); and yes this scenario really did happen to me once. I didn't win, but I took someone out with Azusa before the other 2 mobbed me.

Absolutely ridiculous combo. "I equip Nemesis mask to Engulfing Slagwurm. Combat: I swing. ALL YOUR CREATURES ARE BELONG TO US. Er, the graveyard, that is. Gain life from it, and all of your other creatures can get through unblocked. Or, stick it on an indestructible guy like Darksteel Myr for the same affect and more lulz.

My favourite piece of equipment. Nemesis Mask + Deadly Recluse + Scute Mob + Swarmyard makes one hell of a killer swing, and a fantastic theme deck in casual Modern.

Hey look, it's that helmet from Skyrim! I guess it used to be a Magic card, but then it took an arrow to the knee...

Nemesis Mask + Porcelain Legionnaire + Painsmith

I may just have to build a deck around that combo. Throw in Unscythe, Killer of Kings as well for some serious cruelty.
