A common tutor? Seriously? Yeah, it costs five and is attached to an antelope, but this is SO going into my
Flickerform deck. Yum!

EXTREMELY good in limited ROE. Tutors Mammoth Umbra.

Don't get caught up in the flavor so much that you forget that you can also use this to tutor up stuff like Pacifism. There's many options to this card.

Absolutely awesome. Like Tanaka said, there are so many uses this card can be put to besides hunting for Umbras. Even in limited, I used mine to hunt out Domestication or Guard Duty more often than not.

The best idea I've come up with so far though: on MtGO, I've been working on a Pauper BW control deck using Auramancer to recur enchantment-based removal that goes to the graveyard, like Weight of Conscience and Manacles of Decay, along with Tortured Existence. I can't believe I haven't stuck a few 'beests in already!

My first thought when I saw this card: They spelled Beast wrong.

WoTC: We will take your money by printing mandatory mythic rares and teach you how to misspell :)

I guess if you already have an Eldrazi Con***ion, this moves up on your pick priority.

@Everyone who likes to shoot first and ask questions later: Hartebeest is spelled correctly. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hartebeest

Well, they sure weren't going to print another Sovereigns of Lost Alara... I'll take the 2/5 Antelope at common, though.

Anyone playing these guys should check out Three Dreams. You lose the 2/5 body, but that is almost never the reason beests are used anyway. In most situations, the sorcery has been a far better choice for me.

Search your library for a card named Angelic Destiny, reveal it, and put it into your hand. Then shuffle your library.

I have a couple of these and four Aura Gnarlids in a no-rares deck (all commons except two Trusty Machetes). This is not only a decent blocker but I get to dial up something fun to put on the Gnarlid. I consider Gnarlid one of the greatest common creatures of all time. This is just good support.

And like it was mentioned, this is great for pulling up a Pacifism when the need arises, and even that on someone else's creature beefs up the Gnarlids.

I think the fact that so many people rated this so low shows a lack of imagination.

4/5 at least
