Easily my favorite of the five dragons like this one released in that series. A cheap sick combo is to pay one black and throw on a Vampiric Link. :D hahaha

Oros has many combos with enchants in this game. some of the best options to put on Oros are Lifelink, Vampiric Link/Spirit Link, and Soul link. another good enchantment to stick on him is Fists of the Demigod, which gives him Wither and First strike. With Wither, Oros conflagrates the field with holy flames, scaring all non-white creatures with 3 -1/-1 counters. other enchants, such as Scourge of the Nobilis give Oros Firebreathing (which makes him even more dragon-y) and lifelink. Oros+Lifelink+Wither=health funnel. Daybreak Coronet if placed on Oros while he has Fists on gives him +3/+3, vigilance and lifelink. Oros and the Quietus Spike are incredible at clearing boards, hyper-powering his triggered ability.
do not put Sword of Fire and Ice of Sword of Light and Shadow on Oros, the inability to enchant Oros means he returns to his pre-Shadowmoor crappy self. bit of history here: Oros was printed before any cards that even remotely made him playable had been sent for design had survived or even been conceived
another great card to put on Oros is the rare Artifact Blade of the Bloodchief. this card gives the equiped creature Rockslide Elemental/Scavenger Drake/Deathbringer Thoctar's ability to harvest +1/+1 counters from dead enemies. Honestly, with a simple Fists of the Demigod, he is already a god, although his total dominance of the board just feels like he is an insult to your opponent's complete deck. and he simply is letting you live so you can provide entertainment to him.
need i give any more reasons as to why he owns?

the dragon I like the least of this set. his ability just tends to bug me because the situation I most often want to use it in is against white weeny. He is also white, red, and black, the three colors that have the most protection against them.
though sill a good card, and amazing with lifelink, he causes me much more frustration than any of the others

this guy is on his way in the mail, might actually buy a secound copy.
I really like this guys ability, I either want to make an edh deck, or drop him into my old 5 color deck, (where nearly every creature in it is multicolor white, or hybrid white, or tough enough to handle his ability)

Shinigami, White is the mutual enemy color of Red and Black - this is one of the very few "wedge" cards, in which the colors make a wedge across the color wheel.

More Red/White/Black creatures are comming. WotC just previewed Tariel, Reckoner of Souls, a R/W/B Angel Legend in the upcomming "Heavenly Inferno" deck, and named the other new R/W/B Legend in that deck, Kaalia of the Vast, who is most likely a Demon if I'm reading the hint droped in the preview correctly. And just to make clear to us that this deck is Super-Special Awesome, WotC has confirmed that the original R/W/B Legend, our good friend Oros, will be in this deck.
So, flavor-wise, I wonder what white-black-red looks like. I would imagine that it is a sort of over zealous, prejudiced belief in one's own supremacy. And due to the red/white aspect, I would say that it would have a sort of 'crusade'-mentality where it fights almost religiously to preserve its own purity. (Probably it wouldn't be seen as 'pure' by anyone else, but a R/B/W creature probably doesn't care much what others think). Does anyone else have an idea of what RBW would look like?
