If target player would draw three cards, would this card have you draw three cards or only one card?

You would get three cards.

It takes all of your opponents draws and gives them to you, so if you play this at the beginning of their turn, you get a to draw a card during their draw step, then during their upkeep when they remove the last time counter from their Ancestral Vision you get to draw three cards.

I love the art on this card (art that was carried over from 9th Edition). Another great image by Jeremy Jarvis!

This card needs a home in a deck with Sen Triplets, Mindslaver and Sorin Markov.

not practical at all, but funny when combined with Dragon Mage. Your opponent discards his hand and you draw 14 cards.

Hilarious in response to Jace, the Mind Sculptor's 0 ability. You draw the three, they put two cards on top of their deck. Whee!

Brain: Are you pondering what I'm pondering? Pinky: Uh, I think so, Brain, but where will we find a duck and a hose at this hour? Narf!

Burning Inquiry.
Edit: why the .5 rating??
I think there is someone trolling me. Anyways, my combo is +3 to you, opponent discard 3 random for 3BlueRed and 2 cards. Not bad at all. Random discard is strong, going to be hard to comeback from that.

Dammit, who let Guillermo Del Toro draw this card?

His eyes are little mouths, his mouth is a giant eye, and he's throwin' up gangsta hands. Makes sense.

Do NOT play this targeting a player who has Consecrated Sphinx. You will choke on your cleverness and die.

That's a very nice Enter the Infinite you've got there.

If you cast this on someone who just played Enter the Infinite, Do you still put 1 card from your hand on top of your library?

If what you are thinking is that this is the most terrifying art on a magic card, then yes.

I think it's funny they actually had to spell out in the oracle rules YOU DO NOT DRAW FROM YOUR OPPONENT'S DECK. Who was the original herpderp who thought otherwise?

thegreatsam,

I would guess that you would draw an amount of cards equaling the number of cards in your opponent's library (or whatever the number is they would have drawn). No reason I can see that you would then replace one of your cards.

In a game full of freaky art this still stands far out. That says a lot.
