I wouldn't play this under any circumstance really. Get 2 for 1 and lose tempo. Most targeted creature kill doesn't allow for regeneration anyway.

The whole "Auras=card Badvantage" thing doesn't apply the same way here, as a 2 for 1 quickly becomes 2 for 2 at least. Save a creature from your own Day of Judgement, turn some crap like Scoria Elemental into an actual decent creature, turn something like Thorn Elemental into a total disaster for your opponent, or you can just put it on a Palace Guard and enjoy your new fog machine.
