Ridiculously overcosted, but Chimney Imp could still beat her at any time.

i didnt mind this one, played it in a deck that kept removing it and putting it into play, you play it one then lotsa spells turn into 2: put two +1/+1 counters on target creature. i like the 1/1 beetle for 2 that puts a +1/+1 counter on a creature when it comes into play much better though
So, if you have no other creatures in play, you've essentially got a 5/5 for ... not exactly confidence-inspiring. It's fairly versatile in how it allows you to distribute the +1/+1 counters, but honestly, it is just way too expensive to make that worthwhile.
What...?!?! It must be a trick of the light or something! 7 mana for a 2/2? What a complete joke. For this mana it should have trample, flying, forest walk a pump-up and be at least a 4/4!

Supremely underwhelming.
Should have costed 2 less.

@3MichaelSG: if you're freaking out because of a 2/2 for 7 mana, then you've never seen Scornful Egotist.
Also, this could work decently with cards that repeatedly bounce your permanents. Casual stuff only, of course.

At least make it a 4/4 or 5/5 along with that ability.

Consider your other
Jungle Weaver
Krosan Tusker
Oakgnarl Warrior
Rootbreaker Wurm
Siege Wurm
Wirewood Guardian
Pick one of them instead. Any of them.
Should have costed 2 less.

Unless you're getting janky with Reveillark, Stampeding Wildebeests, or flicker effects, you're probably better off with Incremental Growth, Vigor, Jugan, lieges, Fangren Firstborn, or Blessings of Nature.
It's a fun effect, though. I'd love to see an updated version:
