This card has won me more matches than I can count. I have a playset of this in my Red/Blue "Burn em & Turn em" deck. I use Blue mainly to scry but also to control/counter some & it works like a charm I tell ya!

Use this with copy effects such as Fork or Reiterate and each copy will have you look at the top 7, which really increases the odds that you'll hit at least one other copy and do some damage.

Um, would it be possible to play this, Redirect it, Venser, Shaper Savant the original into your hand, and then Brainstorm it to the top of your library to be found by the copy? At 10 total cmc, it's not what I'd call worth it, but it would be an awesome way to end a game.

Fun fact: If you duplicate this, you can hit the original copy with Memory Lapse or Lapse of Certainty which guarantees your copy will hit the mark. (Obviously this is highly impractical as a tactic and generally only useful as a last resort, but it sure is funny!)

interesting card. would combo well withblistercoil wierd and dual casting to increase your chances of revealing one or more.

Obvious uses involve copying or scrying. My favourite is using an Echo Mage to trigger this three times over. If you don't mind the splash of colour you can go for a long-term solution and add Wheel of Sun and Moon to ensure your deck go forever.
