I'm building a deck with this card, and I am going to have the remaining five cards be pestilence, circle of protection black, smallpox, and some type of eldrazi. I can use smallpox to keep dicarding my eldrazi to keep the few cards in my library returning so that I don't lose due to library depletion.

Or, if you're not doing an EDH deck, just put a leyline of punishment in and four lava axes

The wording hear prevents you from actually deciding what cards you wanted to include in your new library. Because you put your graveyard on top of your library, library being face down, thus unsearchable.
Weatherlight had some very clunky wording for their cards.
